Providing and laying in positon cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement:3 Coarse Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate) including cost of centering, shuttering/formwork. All work upto floor V level.

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete including cost of steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete. All work upto floor V level. (Make Tata Tiscon / Rashtriya Ispat/SAIL)

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing of Ist Quality ceramic glazed floor tiles (Anti-skid) 300x300mm size conforming to IS 13755 (Kajaria/Johnson) of any colour as required/approved by the Engineer-in-charge laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment complete. Nothing extra shall be paid for laying tiles where they are require to be cut. All works upto floor V level.

P&F 1st quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles 250x400mm/300x450mm/300x600mm Conforming to IS: 13755 of min. thickness 5mm of approved make (Kajaria/Johnson) and colour / shades as required in skirting, risers of steps and Dados over 12mm thick bed of C: M 1:3 & jointing with Grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete. Nothing extra on account of wastage shall be paid. All works upto floor V level.

Providing and laying 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) under flooring laid to required slope including necessary consolidation, finishing and tamping complete. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying Udaipur Green Marble stone Flooring / skirting with 14-16mm (average) thick laid over 20mm average thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (mix) (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry joints finished with synthetic grout mixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, edge moulding, granite polishing to give high gloss finish complete upto all floors levels & height as per drawings including providing and fixing of white marble (Dharmeta) of thickness 14-16mm (average) of (size 1'-0" x 1'-0") as per the floor laying design to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge. Steel work welded in built up sections, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, stair case railings, brackets, gates, trusses, frame work and similar works. All works upto height of floor V level.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M. S flats , square or round bars etc. all complete ( fixed to openings/wooden frames with rawl plugs, screws etc.)

Providing 40X5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frames with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete blocks 30x15x10 cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement:3 sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & filling of dry brick bats grouted with fine sand in sunken portion for bathrooms/toilets including watering , consolidation etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying APP (make Texsa / sika /Pidlite ) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finishing reinforced with non - woven polyester mat consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm. by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 degree C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ ltr. and viscosity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of membrane shall be: joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cm.Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C. cold flexibility shall be upto - 2 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.

100 mm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roof laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar with bhusa at 35 kg per cum. of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 ( 1 clay : 1 cowdung) and covered with flat tile bricks of class designation 100 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat.

Providing angular fillets 75cm x 75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand : 4 crushed aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Incl. finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) as per standard design in 75cm x 75 cm deep chase.
