Drilling trial bore hole by directed mud rotating rig method of 250 mm dia in any type of strata including electro logging to find out portable water strata transportation reverse rotary system complete including disposal of soil/material out side MoD Land. Note :- Work shall be executed by specialist firm as approved by GE

Expanding the trial bore hole by direct rotary rig method to 500 mm dia of bore any type of strata from ground level to upto 50 metre for housing 300 mm x 200 mm PVC threaded housing and raising pipe including disposal of soil/material out side MoD Land complete as directed.

Expanding the trial bore hole by direct rotary rig method to 500 mm dia of bore in any type of strata depth exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 100 metre from GL for housing 300 mm x 200 mm PVC threaded housing and raising pipe including disposal of soil/material outside MoD Land complete as directed.

Expanding the trial bore hole by direct rotary rig method to 500 mm dia of bore in any type of strata depth exceeding 100 metre but not exceeding 150 metre for housing 300 mm x 200 mm PVC threaded housing and raising pipe including disposal of soil/material outside MoD Land complete.

Expanding the trial bore hole by direct rotary rig method to 500 mm dia of bore in any type of strata depth exceeding 150 metre but not exceeding 200 metre for housing 300 mm x 200 mm PVC treaded housing and raising pipe including disposal of soil/material outside MoD Land complete.

Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering in position 300 mm dia nominal bore UPVC threaded pipe IS : 12818 with ISI marked and as per ASTM-D 1785, Schedule 80 having one end male and other end female threaded of blue colour with a thickness not less than 14.50 mm of suitable length up to required level/depth in all strata (according to strata location chart) complete as directed.

Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering in position 200 mm dia nominal bore PVC threaded pipe IS : 12818 with ISI marked and as per ASTM-D 1785, Schedule 120 having one end male and other endfemale threaded of blue colour with a thickness not less than 10 mm of suitable length up to required level/depth in all strata (according to strata location chart) complete as directed.

Supply and fixing 300 mm x 200 mm dia nominal bore PVC reducing socket of wall thickness not less than 18 mm complete.

Supply, assembling jointing, lowering and fixing in position 200 mm dia Nominal bore of UPVC ribbed slotted/sreen pipe strainer ISI marked (IS 12818) of wall thickness not less than 10 mm with plain deed collar not bed of suitable length up to required depth below the ground level in all strata according to strata location chart, cut into different length including cutting and threading etc complete as directed. Note :- Slot shall not be less than 15 % of total surface are of slotted pipe. Slot dia (width) shall not exceed 1mm.

Cement sealing of saline water strata level with mixture of cement , bentonite & clay in the ratio of (1:1:8) to depth of 10 metre and or more to the required depth and annular space and thickness complete all as directed.

Supply and fix well cap threaded type suitable for 300 mm dia bore housing pipe and fixed on top of pipe as directed.

Development of tube well by Air compressor and diesel driven turbine pump at least 24 hours till clear water free from sand/mud/silt of potable quality is obtained consecutive 2days giving rest of 2 hours after every 8 hours of continuous run complete all as directed. Development of tube well in accordance with IS :2800(part I) and IS:11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity aircompressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any otherapproved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by stepdraw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested inapproved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, includinghire & labour charges of air compressor, tools &accessories etc.,all as per requirement and direction.

Supply and fix PVC bell plug IS 4985 marked, minimum 6 metre length 200 mm nominal bore PVC threaded pipe, wall thickness not less than 13.6 mm complete all as directed .

Supply and fixing MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 65 mm x 10 mm of suitable length with suitable size of GI nut, bolts and washers suitable for 300 mm dia bore housing pipe including two coat of zinc chrome primer and one coat of bituminous paint complete.

Supply, lowering, jointing and testing of MS black column pipe 3 mtr long heavy duty 80mm bore, wall thickness 5.4mm, both ends flanged with heavy duty MS flange not less than 16mm screwed and welded inside and outside. The flanged end making surface shall be made smooth including welding of 04 strip of 5.04mm thick strip 25mm wide and 50mm long covering pipe and flange both ends flanged having 08 Nos predrilled hole not less than 16mm including rubber gasket, nut, bolts and washer with suitable size pipe lowering jig stainless steel top and bottom adopter, pipe should be duly painted with anti-corrosive paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and connect submersible cable copper conductor PVC insulated over all sheathed flat flexible ISI marked 1100 volt grade complete of size 6.0 Sqmm 3 core inside PVC pipe of required size wherever applicable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate is inclusive of PVC Pipe.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft soil for laying pipes/cables complete all as specified.

Returning and filling in soils , including spreading ,levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of ductile iron (DI) pipe spigot and socket ends class 'K-9' of dia 100 mm suitable for tyton joint or any length properly laid in trenches all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge of following sizes:- (Make - Electro steel/Rashmi Metaliks/Tata or equivalent as per Appx 'A') Note :- Tyton joint will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule.

M&L Rubber gasket Joint (Tyton Joint) suitable for DI pipe of 100 mm size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair CI Non - Return Valves without by pass arrangement , ISI marked , heavy duty , flanged type including rubber sheet & nut bolts etc complete all as specified by the Engr-in-charge of of 100 mm dia bore size of pipes. Make - Kirloskar/Upadhaya/Leader/Zoloto or equivalent as per Appx 'A'.

Supply and fix in repair CI sluice valve flanged of class PN 1.6 conforming to IS - 14846 complete with iron wheel head , SS spindle and check nut , including jointing material such as rubber insertion nuts, bolts and washers etc complete ,of 100 mm dia bore size of pipes : Make - Kirloskar/upadhaya/Leader/Zoloto or eqvlnt as per Appx 'A'.

M & L for construction of valve chamber of internal size 0.9 mtr x 0.9mtr x 1.05 mtr with 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8 ) type D-2 for foundation , brick walls built in cement mortor (1:4 ) , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping , rendering in cement mortor 1:4 , 15 mm thick both internally and externally upto 15 cm below GL including provision of MS sheet cover using angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm as a frame embedded in concrete and 3 mm thick MS sheet as in cover with necessary locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work and excavation complete.

M & L for Sand covering /cushioning for under ground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for burnt bricks sub class 'B' laid perpendicular over & cushioning for cable protectioncomplete all as specified & directed.

Supply,laying and testing of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete as directed.

Supply , install , test and commissioning of factory made LT Panel board (CPRI Approved) outdoor type of size not less than 1.2m x 1.2m x 0.5 m made out of CRCA sheet of 3mm thick with 50x50x6 mm of angle iron frame duly painted with powder coating over a coat of red oxide primer all over with canopy totally enclosed weather, dust and vermin proof with front and rear openable doors with locking arrangement suitable for 3 phase 4 wire LT AC, 50 Hz, 415 Volts with suitable copper bus bar with lifting PCC foundation/platform as per manufacturer guide lines for installing the panel board complete for accommodating the following accessories :- (a) MCCB 100 amps, four pole ,25 KA 01 No (b) MPCB suitable for 15HP/11.0 KW - 02 Nos (c) Automatic Star Delta starter for 15 HP pump set - 02 Nos (d) On load change over switch 100 Amps , 4 pole - 01 No (e) LED Multi function meter - 01 No Make -Havells/L&T/C&S/AE or equivalent as per Appx 'A'. (f) CT 100/5 - 03 Nos Make -AE/Meco or equivalent as per Appx 'A'. M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to 32x6 mm GI iron strip earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with Cast iron cover slab of size 42cm x 42 cm and 10mm thick , funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, earth testing point, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed after taking down old earthing.(note :- 7.5 mtr GI strip with GI pipe is included in above item).

Cutting of exsiting Bituminous road exc. 45 cm. and not exc. 90 cm in depth and width 45 cm (min) for laying of pipe, tubing, etc. and making good and finished & matching the disturbed surfaces with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M& L Brickwork with sub- class ‘B’bricks straight or curved on planexc 6 m mean radius thick wall built in (CM 1:4) complete as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20mm graded stone as copping complete as specified.

Boring mechanically or manually in any type of soil of bore size 25mm to 100 mm all specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering / plastering 15 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and all as directed

Material and Labour for Galvanized Iron water tubing " Medium Grade" with all fittings laid in trenches for 50mm sizes. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair gate valve ISI marked high pressure with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe line and fixed properly for 50mm bore sizes. Make - Zoloto/Kartar/Lakshmi/Venus or equivalent as per Appx 'A'.

Supply and Fix 5 ton capacity chain pulley with block & 3 leg complete with PCC foudation with standard accessories complete as directed.
