Providing and laying of pasture land at site includes ground levelling, cutting of pasture land, loading the material, transporting it to the site and proper laying on the surface maintenance of the lawn for 90 days or more till grass forms a thick lawn from weeds complete job. .

Structural steelwork insinglesection, fixedwithorwithout connectingplate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Grassing with ‘Doob’ grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid for separately).In rows 5 cm apart in either direction.

Maintanance of grass area for a period of 18 months , including watering , weeding, gap filling, replacement of fail grass, application of manure/ fertiliser as required, moving and protection against frost and adverse weather condition bt covering with polythene sheet whatever necessary complete job

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking complete job a) Sand an average lead of 20km

Sand b) Grass an average lead of 60km

Supplying sand, stacking and filling gaps in pasture land and irregularities in land at site all complete job.
