Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1,5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed. (cable shall be laid 60 cm below ground level )

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Material and labour for DWC pipe of 50 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium counductor, 1100 volts grade of crosssectional area 16 Sqmm x 4 Core.

Supply and fixing sheat metal encloser suitable for 3 phase and neutral of MCCB 100 amps capacity all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.

Supply and fix MCCB 3 pole 25 to 100 Amps with magnetic/ thermal fixed setting 16 KA complete including connecting brass terminals etc all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand/L&T/Siemens

M & L for point wiring complete with PVC insulated and unsheathed, Flame retardant low smoke ( FRLS ) 1100 volt grade electric cable of 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) with multi stranded copper conductor single core in and including rigid PVC surface conduit not less than 19 mm dia/ casing caping , clip, with suitable MS terminal boxes ( not less than 1.0 mm thick )and painted with one coat of red oxide primer all around and two coats of black bituminous paint including earth dolly with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of approved colours including 1.50 sqmm green solid copper conductor as continuous earth wire with all accessories including lugs required, complete all as specified and directed for One 3/5 pin 5 Amp socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board.

Supply and lay galvanised steel water tubing medium grade including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, reducers, sockets, union etc and laid in trenches complete all as specified and drected of the 50mm bore:-Note : Excavation & earthwork will be measured & paid sperately

M&L for construction of valve chamber of size 600mm x 600mm x 600mm intrnal dimensions complete of brick masonry of 23cm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on PCC 1:4:8 fountation 75 mm thick using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, coping in concrete 1:3:6 for 10 cm thick at the top of brick wall using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and 10 mm thick plastering in 1:4 cement mortar on exposed MS cover of 3.15 mm thickess including 40 mm x40mm x600 angle iron frame fixed with the same size of anfle iron hold fast, handle with locking arrangement, two coats of/nthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and two coat of white wash on the plasted/ concrete surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches no exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth in any type of soil (soft/loose/hard/dense soil) for laying/taking up/taking down of water pipes of any size and type including levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returing filling in trenches including spreading levelling watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance n. exc. 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr avove the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting the existing concrete/bituminous road/PCC surface width not exceesing 30 cm and making good of surface with 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finsihed even and fair complete over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate over consolidated/rammed earth surface & making hole on wall or clamping on wall wherever its necessary all as specified & directed

M&L for insulator porcelain/polycarbonate/wooden block with suitable fixing arrangements for roof and down conductor duly insulated from wall surface/roof of the building all as directed.

M&L for copper strip 20 x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof and down conductor isolated from building above ground level

S*F GI tube 20mm dia medium grade after cutting in to required length for fixing air termination including fixing arrangements all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and fix Copper strip of size 20 X 3 mm as earth continuity conductor for roof and down conductors fixed/run on wall/celing/roof of any type of bulilding/hanger /structure with proper clamping or saddling duly supported on porecelene/polycarbonate/wooden block with suitable fixing arrangement of nuts & bolts or psses through wall by making hole or any other indicated situation complete all as directed according site condition by Enginer-in-Charge. NOTE: i) The quoted rate does not include the rate for porecelene/ polycarbonate/wooden insulator, the same may be measured and paid seperately under the relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and laying in trenches/ floor/hard standing, fixing on wall / roofs/ celing of any builgding/ structure GI Pipe 40 mm bore light grade including all necessary fittings for the protection of GI earth Strip complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out measurement of soil resistivity at site by wenner method approximate area (40x10mtrs) as detailed in IEEE81 standard in any type of soil including breaking of concrete if necessary to drive the spike for testing the earth pit resistance complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Sub main wiring with un armoured heavy duty copper conductor 1100 Volts FRLH grade 2 single core 1.5 Sq.mm cable and one run of 1.0 Sqmm copper earth wire for continuous earth fixed on wall/ceiling/floor etc. drawn in stove enammeled metallic conduit complete all as directed.

Supply & fix switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V

Supply & fix flame proof exhaust fan 380 mm (15") sweep1440 RPM 230 V including all fixing arrangement, wall cutting and cement work all directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing 6 to 32 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing steel terminal boxes made out of 1.2mm thick sheet sunk cast iron / pressed inclluding one coat red oxide primer on internal and external surface covered with 3mm thick hylam brand IS-2036 marked laminated sheet cover (for Mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc) all as specified and directed by Engr - in -Charge.

Disconnect and insulate electric supply wire and taking down carefully ceilling fan of any make and sweep dismantlling blades, for replacing down rod including replacement rubber bushes and hanging only ceiling fans of any make and sweep after replacing anti suicidal fan rod and connecting complete with copper conductor cord 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed from ceiling rose to fan connector and testing as directed and specified( Note: The fan shall be fitted with new set of clamps, rubber shackle split pins and top and bottom nut bolts etc, Replacement of down rod shall be carreied under appropriate items)

Supply only anti suicidal fan rod of length 10" (260mm) in any colour as directed.
