Providing and Laying 60mm thick interlocking paver blocks on internal roads in EWS Houses, Sector 45/D, Chandigarh

Dismantling manually/by mechanical mean including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Enigneer - In - Charge. For Bituminous Road (DSR No.15.43.2)

Dismantling manually/by mechanical mean including stacking of serviceable material material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Enigneer - In - Charge. For Water Bound Macadam Road (DSR No.15.43.1)

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level:1:1½ :3 ( 1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (DSR No 4.1.2)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (DSR No.15.60)

Preparation of sub grade including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber,watering, rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge. (N.S.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 Cement 5 Coarse Sand 10 Nominal size of stone agg ) (DSR No.4.1.10)

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top placed at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibrating compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required color and pattern over and including 25mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement :4 Coarse Sand) with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
