Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 4C, 1.1 kV grade, 50Hz, 35 Sq.mm stranded compact circular Aluminium cond-uctor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting comp-ound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi- conducting compound, cores laid up, also the outer sheath must comply with the FRLS insulated , inner sheath of PVC, galvanized steel flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098/(Part-I) 1988 with the latest ame-ndments for different motors of 19X19X19 NPK project. Cables to be su-pplied against this specification shall be suitable for satisfactory continuous operation under the following tropical conditions. Maximum ambient temperature 45 ºC, Maximum tempera-ture in shade 40 ºC, Minimum temperature 7 ºC, Relative Humidity (%) upto 100. Cable must be supplied from the reputed make of M/s Havells / M/s Polycab / M/s Universal. Contractor shall submit Manufacturer's Test Certificates along with supply. Contractor shall stand guarantee for minimum eighteen (18) months for cable and workmanship from the date of commissioning.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 3C, 1.1 kV grade, 50Hz, 04 Sq.mm stranded compact circular Aluminium conductor, for lighting and connection of twenty No. new 150 Doom type LED Lights. This job includes complete laying of cable along-with its dressing, clamping and fitting of LED lamps at position as per site requirement.

Installation, testing & commissioning of New earth pits and connection of 15 Nos. of motor (double run) with new industrial grade 90 micron GI strip of size 25 X 6 mm and connecting them to all the equipments This job involves Construction of new Earth pit for NPK 19:19:19 project site involves: (a) Supply of G. I. Earthing Electrode Size 3 meter long (10 Feet) and 4 Inch diameter, Grade As Per IS 1239, Part-1, 1990. The pipe electrode shall be cut tapered at the bottom side for a length of 75 mm and welded clamp at top end. Staggered drills hole of 12mm Dia. of interval of 150mm up to 2 meter from bottom side shall be made before galvanization. (b)The job involves excavation, Installation/ new GI earthling pipe with new GI earthing pipe, filling of soil (0.40 m x 0.40 m x 3.8 m) along with treating the soil with salt and charcoal to bring the resistance value of the pit to a permissible limit and fitting of bolt ( 5/8’’ dia and 2.5’’long) etc as required. Placement of RCC cover-plate in the ratio of 1:2:4 of size 0.53 m x 0.53 m x 0.05 m with reinforcement of 8 mm dia rod. Separate value to be recorded for grid and pit resistance. This also includes grouting stand and plate near earth pit and painting and writing nos. as required. (Material for stand and plate & GI pipe shall be supplied by Contactor Painting/Grouting materials & Earth tester shall be supplied by Contractor)
