Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15CM thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lifts etc including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth muds with 50%

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement Four sand and Eight hard broken stone) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm, thick, compacting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

FILLING With Excavated earth including all etc complete complying with standard specification

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five sand) using country bricks ground molded of size 23x11x7 cm for the following including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with Cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cms x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items

Supply and Erection of M S HOLLOW SECTION including all etc complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification

Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,aying and curing etc complete

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Painting two coats with interior and exterior emulsion including cost of material and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint including cost of material and all labour charges etc complete.

Roofing with Galvalium sheet including cost of Necessary items and labour etc complete complying with standard specification

Towards supply of steel door including all etc complete complying with standard specification.

Towards supply of steel window including all etc complete complying with standard specification.
