S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof ridge covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses ( framed), trused, purlin, crane gantries, raills and fastenings and heavy braket framing (beams, tee , angle,channel or flat sections) including distance pices, cleats base plate & gusset plates etc(welded/reviting) conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of surfaces over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1 mm thick steel sheet eaves gutters, galvanised class 3,150 mm dia half round with rounded edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1: 2: 4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) etc on roof top as a leveling course / padding to maintain the slope,finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed .

M & L for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be paid separately)

M&L for water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of weighing not less than 3 kg/Sqm including taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, lime, concrete, tiles, cement plaster padding upto n exc 20 cm depth from roof surface etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves and removing debris to a distance exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed. The height of the roof may upto 9 m comprising with following items: - (i) The surface of roof, parapet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus, mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. (ii) Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kg per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iii) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. (iv) Laying of water proofing APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm composed of 100 micron (+10% ) high density polyethylene sheet (HMHDPE) as center core, which is sandwiched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc. (v) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. (vi) Applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for multi layer POP False ceiling of any shape (Square/Circular/Semi circular etc) of design and pattern approved by Engr-in-Charge, at site incl required GI frame work and Fibre mesh/ reinforcement (Horizontal & Vertical) with Putty/POP work for even and smooth finishing surface, painting two or more coat with Premium quality plastic emulsion paint over one coat primer over smooth finish POP surface incl required provn for spot lighting/ ceiling light incl all required fixture/ material incl dismantling of false ceiling bd complete in all respect as specified and directed.
