Construction of 60m 2 30m span single Lane Plate Grider Motorable Bridge over Chattral Nallah on SK road to Chattral Nallah

Design and construction of substructure and superstructure for a 60-meter (2*30m) span Plate girder bridge, single-lane motorable, with a carriageway width of 4.25 meters and an overall width of 6.70 meters Which includes 1.0 mtr foothpath on both sides, including construction of abutments, return walls, wing walls, abutment caps, and approach slabs of 3.5 meters on each side, River training works. The work shall include providing and fixing of appropriate bearings, fabrication and erection of complete plate girder, superstructure, painting, laying of RCC deck slab, and RCC wearing coat, all complete as per drawings and designs approved by the competent authority (Design Directorate or any IIT/NIT), following the latest specifications and standards. Scope of Work Includes: 1. Soil investigation and sub-soil explorations. 2. Construction of foundations. 3. RCC substructure including abutments, Pier and return walls. 4. Superstructure using plate girders with deck slab. 5. Provision of expansion joints at appropriate locations. 6. Seismic restrainers as per design. 7. 75 mm thick RCC wearing coat. 8. RCC Parapets on both approaches. 9. Carriageway width: 4.25 meters. 10. Providing and fixing of appropriate bearings. 11. Providing and fixing of steel railing 1.20 mtr above the wheel guard and the height of wheel guard is 0.30 mtr 12. River training works ,road furniture, etc 13. Construction of R/Wall,B/wall/Gabbions/stone Pitching ,crates etc 14. Arrangement for foundation stone and inaguration stone 15. Also Restoration of old track All required testing shall be conducted. The scope also includes construction of approach roads of 20 meters length on each side in RCC, provision of citizen information boards, and execution of all works as per MoRTH specifications, including all leads, lifts, transportation, and site clearance. The entire job is to be completed in all respects as per the approved scope and design.
