REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF U/S LT PANELS/FEEDER PILLAR BOX, U/S UG CABLES, RE-ROUTING OF CABLES AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT 7 AFH KANPUR CANTT

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of UG Cable including getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for spreading & leveling dry clean Ganga sand in trenches for cushioning of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub class old size of Brick in trenches for cable protection of LT cables complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Bricks must be layed across the UG cable all as directed )

M & L for boring through existing road with trench less method for passing of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade having cross-sectional area 400 sqmm, 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable cable/OH conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 7 to 14- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover/GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

S & F 80 mm bore GI pipe as in trenches / fixed on pole / wall, light grade conforming to IS-1239 with suitable size of flat iron clamp where required, duly painted with two coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer with bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Jointing, commissioning and testing Cold Shrinkable end termination joint out door type and suitable for cable of size 120 sq mm 3 core complete with all fittings and jointing materials suitable for HT11 KV ( E ) XLPE cable all as specified and directed.

Supply Jointing, commissioning and testing of Heat Shrinkable straight though joint, out door type and suitable for cable of size 120 sqmm, 3 core with all fittings and jointing materials suitable for HT, 11 KV ( E ) XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 connected to earthing test point or as indicated including testing on completion including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in pit and 40 mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars @ 150 mm c/c with two nos fitting handle, GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade with funnel & wire mesh for watering and 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth strip 32 mm x 6mm protection etc. Earthing result shall not be more then 2 ohm and test result duly signed complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Earth strip must be 7.5 Mtr per earthing or as per the site requirement shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate).

M & L for GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm laying earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of out door type HT Feeder pillar box made out from 3.15 mm MS sheet and angle iron frame, dust and vermin proof, including provision of aluminium bus bar fixed on HT bushing and having suitable provision for connecting up to size 120 sqmm 3 Nos including necessary earth/PCC work and making cable connection with suitable size of cable glands complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Lightening arrestor non linear resistor type conforming to IS, complete line discharge class -3 nominal discharge current 65 KA and high discharge with stand 100 KA assembly suitable for 33 KV and mounted on existing structure including replacement of all clamp nuts bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable existing VCB charger with battery back up system with new consisting sealed maintenance free dry batteries, 15 Nos of Cap 2 Volts, 65 AH, Make : Exide /Amaron/Quanta, with batteries stand for mounting of batteries and connecting lead with panel etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of heat shrinkable end termination joint suitable for cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm, 3.5 Core, 1100 Volts grade coomplete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No.26.00 here-in-before but for cable of size 70 to 150 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

Ditto all as per item No.26.00 here-in-before but for cable of size 185 to 240 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

Ditto all as per item No.26.00 here-in-before but for cable of size 300 to 600 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

M & L for providing highly skilled mechanic / specialist in power factor / capacitor bank panel to carryout the repair / servicing / overhauling, testing and calibration including test of capacitor, well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226, replacement of unserviceable parts/accessories, like capacitor, coil, relay and other connected captive synthetic current injection test as per IS 14658 : 1999 or IS 13516 : 1993 to check to power improvement system complete all as spefified and directed. (Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of Sch 'A').

M & L for replacement of bakelite fuse grip with HRC fuse of capacity 630 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for welding works for unserviceable doors of LT panels / Generator canopy, fixing of hinges etc. at various locations at 7 AF Hospital complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint on all exposed surface and internal portion of LT distribution panels including after necessary surface preparation of old painted surface complete including marking stencil letter writing with highly fluorescent sheet best quality directly stick to panel as marking /identification of circuits/Area of supply height between 15 mm to 20 mm group of letter not more than 15 letters in each incoming and outgoing MCCBs or distribution cables complete including cleaning the bushes and cleapers all over the panel not less that 1.5 m radius complete all as specified and directed.
