1. Providing Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement at Manthoppu theru -I in Koothanur Panchayat

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting including all labour charges etc., complete for SS 20B for Foundatio

Supply and filling with good msand including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of labour and all other incidental charges etc.,complete.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm ISS HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of labour and all other incidental charges etc.,complete.

Supply and erecting centering and shuttering with steel materials including all labour charges etc.,complete

CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.,complete

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete (Surface Textured) Block Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 25 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.
