Preventive, routine maint to DG set 50 KVA with AMF panel canopy engine and alternator at Nepalipatti under GE (AF) Mohanbari

(a) Material and labour for overhauling and normal repairs with routine maintenance of DG set 50 KVA complete (i.e. Engine, Alternator etc for efficient functioning including provision of all consumables items like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil and following repairs/maint through OEM service centre :- 01 Nos. (i) Cleaning ,dusting of DG set including motor starter and control panel etc. (ii) Check, clearance of suction and exhaust valves. (iii) Checking of rubber seal,gasket and hosepipe. (iv) Tightening of all nut bolts. (v) Greasing of all points. (vi) Checking of any leaking in fuel and oil lines. (vii) Cleaning of fuel tank by taking out the dirt and sludge, cleaning the tank thoroughly. (viii) Adjusting valve tappet clearence/timing. (ix) Injector pressure test cleaning and repairing, tightning fasteners and making lubrication leak proof. (x) Repair/rewiring of broken/damaged control panel connection including measuring instruments, indicators,engine proction devices etc. (b) Supply & fixing in replacement the following spare parts of 50 KVA DG set make- Kirloskar (Koel Green) :- (i) Air filter assembly - 01 Nos. (ii) Fuel filter - 01 Nos. (iii) Fan belt - 01 Nos. (iv) Starting assembly - 01 Nos. (v) Lube oil pipe - 01 Nos. (vi) Water temp gauge - 01 Nos. (vii) Engine mounting pad - 01 Nos. (viii) Intrecore pipe - 01 Nos. (ix) Turbo kit complete - 01 Nos. (x) Engine oil temperature meter - 01 Nos. (xi) Stop solenoid - 01 Nos. (c) Supply and filling lubricant engine oil 15W40 for topping up/replacement including draining out old oil from engine chamber complete all as specified and directed. Make: Castrol/Volvoline/Servo/HP - 10 Nos. (d) Supply and topping up heavy duty concentrate/antifreeze type coolant in radiator assembly of DG set complete including draining out of used coolant all as specified and directed. Make: Castrol/Volvoline/Servo/HP - 15 Nos. (e) M&L for conditioning of battery 12 Volt, 180 AH, to drain out distillied water, Acid and taking out damaged lead plates complete replacing lead plates of existing weight & size including filling fresh lead acid, distilled water, microporous seperate and testing complete all as specified - 01 Nos. (f) Supply and fixing battery terminal cable,copper conductor multi strand unsheathed,single core 25 sqmm,1.5 mtr long fixed with copper terminals on both suitable for 12 Volts & upto 180AH battery complete all as specified - 01 Nos. (g) Drain out water from radiator and removing of all water pipe connections, taking out radiator assembly and shifting to workshop including transportation, opening the radiator core by cutting and cleaning top and bottom tanks.replacing the core with new copper and brass lines including proper brazing/soldering and testing with water pressure,refixing radiator at its original position including replacement of hose pipe and circlips with vibration mounting pads connected to all pipe lines and testing at pump house of Nepalipatti complete all as specified - 01 Nos. (h) Material and labour of painting of complete DG set including all connected parts 50 KVA capacity after removal of old paints/rust by scrapping wire brush/sand papering and painting of external surface by applying two coat of synthetic enameled spray paint of approved shade complete over engine,alternator,acaustic encloser,exhaust hood and connected accessories complete all as specified - 01 Nos. Note :- 1. Contractor will apply one layer of grease over specification plate/any written letter before painting and clean the same after /painting,rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates. 2. Any type of T&P required for the job shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3. Credit at the rate of Rs 1540/- as lumpsum shall be deducted from quoted rates by the bidder.
