Work of replacement of Damaged/obsolete 132 KV CB

Shifting of 132kv new circuit breaker from store to switchyard with the help of hydra including all accessaries and T&P required for replacement of circuit breaker. Shifting of old CGL make circuit breaker with the help of hydra from 132kv store to switch yard as per instructions of Engineer incharge.

Replacement of 132kv circuit breaker at 220kv s/s Moradabad by opening of CB jumpers on both side of circuit breaker. Removing of MS flat earthing strip by cutting and opening from structure of CB, opening of all electrical connections at circuit breaker end. Dismantling of CGL make circuit breaker,removal of CB poles opening of foundation nut and bolts, removal of CB structure from foundation to make the foundation clear for modification. Modifiaction of CB foundation as per drawing provided by department by cutting channels/angle including fabrication of steel and fitted upon foundation to make the foundation ready for erection of CB (All GI steel angle/channel will be provided by department). Erection of new 132kv CB on modified foundation as per instructions of Site Engineer with the help of hydra. Fixing of all accessaries of new CB, termination of control cable as per drawing including proper ferruling,thimbeling, glanding, and cable marking. Jumpering of all three phases with ACSR panther condutor including cutting bending of condutor on both side of CB after fixing of CB clamps. Earthing of CB body and CB structure at two point by using MS flat of size 50x6mm and 75x10mm including cutting bending and welding drilling holes etc to make the CB properly earthed. Painting of MS flat with Green best quality synthetic paint followed by single coat of red oxide after removing rust and dust including all associated works to complete the CB erection satisfactorly. (all men and material will be provided by contactor)

Attending of SF-6 gas leakege from Y-Phase pole of 220 KV CGL Make Circuit Breaker by opening the SF-6 gas pipe line after Identifying the point of leakage, replacement of 'O' ring, gas kit. Properly refixing of SF-6 gas pipe line and final check for any gas leakage from Y-phase pole of Circuit breaker with the help of soap solution and SF-6 gas leakage detector.
