Demolition of brick coba/cement concrete (unreinforced) from existing roof/terrace etc and also removing/taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retreived debris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) over RCC roof surface to receive roof treatment finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for surface preparation including cleaning the surface, treating of construction joints, filling of honey combs with polymer modified mortar (cement : sand: approved ploymer (asian/beger) for filling cracks up to 3mm use approved crack seal, bigger cracks, damaged potions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars complete as per manufacturer instructions. Manufacturer:- ASIAN/ BERGER/ SHALIMAR.

M&L for Roof treatment by application of non toxic polyurethane modified acrylic based single component (P U Roof Coat) solvent free, cold applied polyurethane modified elastomeric waterprooofing membrane with excellent UV resistant capasity as per ASTM D6083 [a water based 100% acrylic elastomeric emulsion polymer latex coating used as protective coating for roofs] after preparing the surface by cleaning and repairing the roof cracks by cement & sand mortar (1:4), with antishrinkage mortar (to be paid separately) if any, apply two coats along with a priming coat (tow coats of P U Roof Coat and one coat of primer coat compatible with main product as per manufactures specification) and reinforced with 20 gsm Geotextile Fleece, including the cost of primer coat and base preparation, tools & palnts complete as per manufacturer instructions. Manufacturer:- ASIAN/ BERGER/ SHALIMAR. Note:- (i) Application of roof treatment shall be done by the authorized applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE. (ii) Contractor shall be obtained the Gaurantee from the manufacturer for 10 years and submit to the department alongwith the Garuntee as specified in CA.

M&L for treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified.:- Note:- Cost of the following specification shall be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height ) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely . 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope includiing cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout.

M&L rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed , nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (WPC shall be measured and paid separately )

All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

After drying putty , wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height . The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm . When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per menufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout ( WPC Shall be measured & paid separately)

Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test ) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is inclued in the rates quoted.

All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint.

Two nos 50mm bore GI pipe medium grade 600mm long spout shall be provided through external wall to drain out accumulated water.

Disconnecting existing tanks 500 ltrs capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning, repairing, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9 -1.0, Light Reflectance≥85%, Colour White, Fire Performance UK class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt – 6&7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 66% & GW & 74% RW. The tile shall be laid on suprafine 32 with 15 mm wide T – section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32 mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/M² with a minimum a pull out strength of 100 Kgs.
