Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, class designation 75(Kgf/cm2) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 02 above but except Bricks NOTE: Old brick retrieved from demolition shall be used.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for man holes etc.), shelves etc. and similar works set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of old precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour, area of stone exceeding 0.25 sqm but not exceeding 0.5 sqm fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat 30 mm X 2 mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and taking down of old stone tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with grey pigment cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, excavation, returning filling and demolition of existing kerb stones complete comlete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of concrete and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of old enamel paint, any number of coats, any width or grith, cleaning with scrapes of old concrete surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipe 75 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in treanch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and applying neat cement slurry @ 3 kg of cement per Sqm and applying a topping layer of 25 mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls/ceiling of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on wall including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and fair including forming construction (dummy) joints 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with filler at an interval not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction including demolition of existing plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work with rolled mild steel sections as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including dismantling existing steel wok complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cill, copings, hold fast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old painted surface of steel/iron of any description area exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repair exc. 2.5 cm but not exc. 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc. 6 mm but not exc. 9 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised Iron based corrugated steel sheeting 0.5 mm thick, with side lap and end lap of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPA ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing or in roof covering fixed with self taping screws (length & girth as fixed) including dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well raming in layer excedding 25 cm each in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not excedding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not excedding 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L cleaning and desludging of drains cross sectional area not exc. 0.50 Sqm and average depth of debris/sludge not exc. 45 cm including removing out all debris/sludge/earth/building material/ rubbish and leaves/grass/bushes from the drain and disposal of debris upto 100 m distance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other bands, plinth courses, string cources, lacing cources, parapets and railing upto 60cm in hight, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings frame but excluding frames including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out returing filling in and ramming earth on broken rubble mixed with earth arround in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil making good complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, RCC or steel) embedded in cement concrete, brick work, masonary etc. any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground with earth as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel framed work with angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel flat, round or square bars for weaving of chain link fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel bolts, purpose made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 16 to 20 mm dia of neck, length of bolts n. exc. 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 44 & 45 : Rate for fixing shall deemed to be included in rates of Srl item No. 43 & 46

Supply and fixing galvanised chain link fencing with wire mesh size 50 x 50 mm made of 3 mm dia GI wire including fixing to post including dismantling of old chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L structural steel work with rolled mild steel sections as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair razor wire fencing with 2.6 mm dia and 14 mm wide, 0.50 mm thick razor strip fixed with clamp to angle iron or swan neck angle complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair concertina coil of 600 mm dia (in stretched position), hot dip and galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG), fixed to the MS angle iron/precast RCC fencing post and fixed with razor wire with hte help of hog rings (14 SWG) complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 49 :- MS angle/fencing post and razor wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F in repair 300 mm bore reinforced concrete drain pipes, class NP2, complete with collars, laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 as in drains and similar works complete all as specified and directed.
