Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, lateral ties etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (All structural steel material should be issued by NALCO in free of cost)

Fixing in position PPGL sheet issued from NALCO's Stores or any other place specified by Engineer-in-charge including all accessories like 8mm Jor L hook bolts , nuts, limpet washers and mitering, EPDM seal, cutting, drilling, power driven rivets, temporary scaffolding, staging including all labor tools, tackles and material required to completion of work at different location at MINES.(ONLY PPGL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

Dismantling of CGI Sheeting from existing buildings of all heights / elevations in Panchapatmali bauxite Mine and stacking the same and returning to store as the case may be without damaging the sheets etc. All complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of structural steel works of all types at all heights including making the cut edges smooth by grinding etc. The dismantled members are to be lowered carefully and returned to store or any other place specified by Engineer-In-charge without any damage etc all complete .The mode of dismantling shall be approved after mutual discussion in advance with the Engineer-In-Charge. Dismantled material to be returned to store.

Providing and fixing percolated galvanized steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm , in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns of required color using self-drilling/ self-tapping screws complete :Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) (These ridges to be procured by contractor)

Providing & fixing UV stabilized fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers or power driven rivets complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. 2mm thick in profile of industrial trough sheets/to suit the site profile.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : , Two or more coats

Providing and applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work
