Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing 1.5mm thick polycarbonate sheet to be fixed on the existing MS frame with self drilling machine screws complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up frame made of / M.S. flat / M.S. pipe / M.S. angles of various sections including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of snthetic enmael paint, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc.. The work is required for making security wall jaffery/ ladder/grills/ frame work for shed or sunshade / other mis work.The steel work is to be provided at the site of the building complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. One coat

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (One or more coat applied @0.90 Itr/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing stainless steel finish tower bolts (barrel type) of size 250x 10mm with necessary s.s. screws etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge
