Dismantling of UNSV ACSR conductor of any size from existing over head lines complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully old UNSV insulator of any type/size from existing over head lines complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of cross arms, MS channel or angle section complete with all accessories viz nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F steel tubular swaged pole erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick MS Base plate welded to pole finial taper cap bolts nuts, screws. 11 Mtr long type 410 SP-55, including drilling of holes of required size of fixiing of cross arms painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the portion embedded in concrete making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300 mm wide alternately upto the height and marking pole no with black paint at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The earthwork, PCC foundation, steel clamps, MS cross arms & bracing of angle iron etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps & back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high 225 mm dia ball and socket type white,brown or green single disc assembly for working pressure 11KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F stay assembly for steel tubular poles comprising of 7/10 SWG galvanized MS stranded stay wire of required length, minimum tensile strength 70 Kg/mm (grade-2 quality) fixed to pole with and including FI clamps bolts, nuts, washers, galvanized steel stay rod 20 mm dia 180 cm long bow 400x14mm nuts/bolts, washers all galvanized and two nos thimble, loop insulator of size 90x140mm vitreous, clearance dia of hole 16mm, stayplate of size 230x230x6mm including necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation and disposal of surplus spoil, upto 50 M all as specified and shown in plate No 1 of MES SSR Pt -I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 Sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, foundations of poles/stays etc not exc 10sqm area on plan and getting out in solft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per serial Item No 10 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m but not exc 3m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trencehs including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. Exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n, exc. 50 mtr and deposited where dircted at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 Flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for clean dry river sand in trenches/ ducts for cushing of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type D-2 as in foundations filling and mass concrete using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles incl all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for UG HT cable route indicator made out of 100mm dia MS plate and on grounting " HT CABLE" and 60cm long MS bar legs fixing with and including necessary PCC on HT cable route complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable steel tubular swaged pole/ PCC pole any type and size complete with accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of GI earth wire and guard wire from existing OH lines complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Laying and fixing in replacement of along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing LT Cross Linked Polythene Insulated(XLPE insulated) galvanized steel strip armoured electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty ISI marked with aluminium conductor and overall served with an outer sheath of PVC, of cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Excavation, earthwork, Sand Cushioning, Cable covers, Pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid for separately.

S&F tubing 'light grade' galvanised iron of 100 mm bore with all fittings and fixed to poles, walls etc. with flat iron clamps/bolts/nuts/washers or laid in floors/under roads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F RCC hume pipe of 150 mm bore for protection of HT cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for road cutting for laying of cable/pipe and making good the disturbed/excavated surface as per existing road including refilling the excavated material, compacting, WBM and black top carpeting with bitumen & aggregate following the stone/sand on top complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnect and taking out of existing HT cable of size 150 sqmm 3 core, 11 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 150 Sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L of guard cradles made to shape hexagonal rectangular or any other shape as required and fabricated out of galvanized steel wire 8 SWG (4mm dia) including binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out MS bars (round/square/flat) incl nuts bolts and washers in two halves made in such a shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for danger notice plate of size 25x20cm & 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letter figures in english hindi or urdu and conventional skuill and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamp bolts and nuts of approved size for HT complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
