Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 80mm bore with & including all necessary fittings complete, laid in trenches, including taking up or down old unserviceable existing steel water tubing , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

DI /CI fittings (ISI marked) upto 150 mm bore such as bends (any type, radius & angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces, single branch, “Y” junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket & spigot), collars, caps & plugs suitable for spigot & socketed pipes, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified & directed.

Cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’, 150mm bore, ISI marked with confirming to IS-14846-2000, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, Cast Iron gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 100mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing water pipe line by necessary T&P ,& making connection in new laying ductile iron 150mm pipe line by necessary welding, fittings/fixture complete all as specified and directed.

Making connection from 150mm ductile iron pipe line by making hole in pipe line of suitable size by D-Joint and fittings fixure and give branch connection to area complete all as specified and directed

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 300 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed

PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , man hole etc including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6 including dismantling of existing tiling with cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed .

Construction of stone masonary valves pit of size 1500mm x 1500 mm x 1500mm (internal dimention of chamber) made with bulit in cement mortar 1.6 for sluice valve chamber including necessary excavation, foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation and 15mm thick inside cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 with floating coat of near cement, PCC coping type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work with MS frame with angle iron 50x50x6 mm and cover of MS sheet 3.15mm thick including tarring and painting (where required) the steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including and locking arrangement complete all as specified directed.

Supply, installation and commissioning of Kirloskar SP6L 150x150 mm Pump coupled with DM28 25.6 HP two cylinder self start with and including battery, water cooled engine on a two wheel company recommended trolley of min wheel size of 80mm, suitable for towing with Tata Xenon in and including provision of two brass coupling of 63mm size on discharge pipe of Pump to fix RRL hose pipe complete all as specified and directed.
