Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and One-Year Comprehensive Maintenance of CCTV Surveillance System at Entries and Hall-A of Karnataka Trade Promotion Organisation KTPO Bengaluru

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.

The bidder shall have successfully executed works relating to Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of CCTV Surveillance Systems in at least three Government Departments, Boards, Corporations, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies or Government Institutions during the last three years. The bidder shall submit copies of Work Orders and Completion Certificates/Work Done Certificates issued by the concerned organizations as documentary evidence in support of the experience claimed.

The bidder shall have successfully executed at least one similar work involving the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a CCTV Surveillance System comprising a minimum of 50 IP cameras at a single site during the last three years. Copies of Work Orders, Completion Certificates or Work Done Certificates issued by the client organization shall be submitted as documentary evidence in support of the experience claimed.

STQC Certification Requirement All CCTV cameras proposed under this tender shall be approved and certified by the Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) Directorate, Government of India. The bidder shall submit valid STQC certification documents for the quoted camera models along with the technical bid. Only STQC-certified camera models complying with applicable Government of India guidelines, BIS standards, ONVIF protocols and other relevant security requirements shall be considered for evaluation. Failure to furnish documentary evidence of STQC certification shall render the bid liable for rejection.

OEM Authorization The bidder shall submit a valid Manufacturers Authorization Form MAF from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the CCTV surveillance system

The bidder shall have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs 50.00 lakhs (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) during the last three financial years, namely 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. The bidder shall submit copies of the audited financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts for the said years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, along with a certificate indicating the average annual turnover. Copies of Income Tax Returns for the latest financial year shall also be enclosed
