Outsourcing services for manning and operation of Lift in F block at MAP Phase-I, NOFRA-I Area and 5 Blocks at NOFRA-II area in two shifts including Sundays and Holiday by One Skilled Operator per shift for two shifts per day all as specified and as directed 1st shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - 06 Operator services 2nd shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs - 06 Operator services (Total No of Lift operating services = 12 Nos) Total No of lifts :- NOFRA-I : F Block - 02 Lifts (Two lifts are to be operated by one operator) NOFRA-II : Vishnu - 01 Lift, Shishir - 01 Lift, Kapish - 01 Lift, Manoranjan - 01 Lift, Firdaus - 01 Lift Note :- (a) The operator shall be an experience holder of two years in particular field with minimum qualification of ITI. (b) The contractor have to provide proper uniform and safety shoes to the operator without any extra cost to the department. (c) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any minor repairs of passenger lifts as required for smooth running of plants without any extra cost. (d) The contractor will hand over the lift to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period.

Manning and operation of 160 KVA standby diesel engine driven generating sets including connected items such as control panel, MCCB, Changeover, main switches, starters including daily cleaning of complete installation etc all as specified and as directed at NOFRA II by One Skilled Operator per shift for two Shift per day i.e 1st shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 2nd shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs including Sundays and Holidays Notes :- (a) Log sheet shall be maintained properly. (b) The contractor/ operator is responsible for safe custody of installation including all accessories/ consumable and penalty as PS clause is applicable in case of any loss/ damage to Govt property. (c) The contractor have to provide proper uniform and safety shoes to the operator without any extra cost to the department. (d) Diesel for running of DG set will be issued by the department. (e) Contractor has to make necessary arrangement of man power for loading/ unloading and fuel refilling in DG set tank from issuing point to DG set tank. (f) The operator shall be experienced holder of 2 years in a particular field with minimum qualification of ITI. (g) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any minor repairs to DG set as oiling /greasing/lubricants etc.

Notes for Item Nos 1 to 2:- (a) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes ,cess, levies etc as applicable including GST (b) The prevailing rate,wage,contribution etc shall be as applicable as on the bid submission end date. (c) In view of COVID-19 alerts various restrictive instructions issued concerned authorities from time to time. Hence additional precautions essential for the work shall be taken by the contractor by way of provisioning of masks, hand sanitizers, gloves etc to workmen and all local instructions issued by the Concerned Authorities and Station Authorities shall be complied with all relevant safety precautions covered under Model Rules for the protection of health and sanitary arrangement for workmen (Annexure ‘C’ of IAFW-2249) shall be strictly followed. Nothing extra is admissible on this account

(d) The contractor shall also deploy additional man power as relief against weekly off,leave,holidays etc all as per existing Labour Act and shall substitute the operator accordingly for which no extra payment admissible. The unit rate quoted against items in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ shall be inclusive of this provision also. (e) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator through e-payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts and Credit to their bank account. The wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more. (f) It is responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all Electrician/operator/helper (as applicable) and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, he shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (g) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to GE and as well as officers detailed by labour department.
