Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Eco friendly ,silent Generating Set Diesel Engine driven of capacity 200 KVA/66 KW at 0.8 PF or nearest higher size 415 volts AC,3 phase, 50 Hz 4 wire, directly coupled alternator and engine, water cooled, common base platform with inbuilt fuel tank and including all excavation, PCC foundation, anti vibration pads/dampers as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by manufacture, DG set to work at ambient conditions of Kolkata and produce specified out put, the derating factors, if any, to be taken into consideration while arriving the capacity to give specified out put, DG set to be factory assembled by te OEM of the engine manufacturer and all components to be accommodated in enclosure and other accessories comprising tools and accessories as mentioned in Annx-A

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m mtr width and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Galvanised iron strip 25 x 4mm for connection of earthing with LT Panel board burried in ground complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks , straight or curved on plan exe. 6 meters mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in cills, steps, plinth course, string course, coping and other similar bands including use and waste formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing control cable of PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed stranded copper cable 4 core of cross sectional area 2.5 Sqmm for providing necessary electrical connection from DG Set to AMF Panel including with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 14 here-in-before but copper cable 12 core of cross sectional area 2.5 Sqmm

Material & labour for providing sand cushioning for protection of underground cable in trenches with dry (coarse) sand approved quality including filling, spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bricks with locally available sub class 'B' laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for galvanised steel tubing 80mm bore, light grade with Bends, laid in trenches or under Roads / Flooring / Culverts etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 18 here-in-before but 50mm bore galvanised steel tubing

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, strip armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor (stranded) working voltage upto 1100 volt of 185.00 Sqmm , 3.5 core as per IS 7098 Pt I laid in trenches or passing through pipe etc including connecting both end with proper size of aluminium lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device and cable gland complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI strip protected by 15mm bore light grade GI pipe and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar bothways and single handle of lifting made with 10mm dia mild steel bar, funnel, wire mesh 20mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execution and earth works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical palte No 3 of MES SSR-I complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
