M&L for 15mm mineral fibre sound absorbing ceiling tiles(ARMSTRONG-CERAMAGAURD RH100) of size 600X1200mm incl of frame work to receive tiles of GI T-section 24X38mm & angle section 24X24mm incl hanging MS flate of size 30mmX4mm thick length to be provide as site requirement, grid at 1mx1m at alternate joints in both the direction. As per manufacturer specification, Make Armstrong or equivalent complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Works to be executed through authorised applicator/ agency only.

S&F second class hard wood of clean sawn in scantling for ceiling in replace old and decayed timber and removing defectice portion to store in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, heath or wall tiling/ kota stone/Granite including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for colored vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush in white or colour cement with pigment over and including 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6.00 above but in skirting over and including 10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non-skid tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished , area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush in white or colour cement with pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x250 x7 / 450x300x7 mm thick as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush in white cement with pigment over and including 10mm thick baking coat of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
