S&F for CPVC pipe outer diameter of 25mm Tank Adaptor as a connecting niple for water tank storage complete all as specified and directed

S&F for CPVC pipe outer diameter of 25mm BALL VALVE as a connecting niple for water tank storage complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Bore dia of pipe in 25 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms)

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 COMPLETE ALL AS SPECIFIED AND DIRECTED.

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- On truss work & new pressed steel frame

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for correction of roof slab / roof padding making necessary slope etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering/screed on terrace or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair and apply WPC (WPC @3% by wt of cement measured and paid seperately) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying APP modified water proofing treatment over existing RCC roof slab with following specification including brushing off the surface to receive the treatment obtain the required surface :- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on the prepared dry roof surface. (b) Laying min 3mm thick APP membrane Plain finish weight not less than 3 to 4 kg per sqm by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Applying two coat of aluminium paint incl preparartion of surface. Note : Laying of APP membrane shall be got done through an authorized applicator of manufacturer.
