Road restoration of K-II head in R-III division during 2025-26. Sub Head- Restoration of footpath at DCAC road, Africa Avenue Road and BHS Marg and I-Avenue under Netaji Nagar Road service center.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 15cm in depth but exceeding 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) All kinds of soil.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA)).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum

Providing & laying in footpath and pavement etc. factory made precast cement concrete slab of size 400mmx400mmx50mm of design mix CC of M-30 grade manufactured in joint less moulds on vibration table and finished smooth as per shape, size and pattern over a base of 12mm thick average cement mortar 1:5 (1cement:5coarse sand) and having joints not exceeding 10mm thick filled with cement mortar 1:5 (1cement:5coarse sand) and neatly finished etc complete as per the direction and instructions of Engineer in charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid to be contractor for laying slabs in approved pattern in using precast slabs of required shapes at end of footpath).

Relaying in footpath and pavement etc factory made precast cement concrete slab of size 400X400X50 mm of design mix CC of M-30 grade manufactured in joint less moulds on vibration table and finished smooth as per shape, size and pattern over a base of 12 mm thick average cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement:5 coarse sand) & having joints not exceeding more than 10 mm thick average filled with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5coarse sand) and neatly finished etc. complete as per direction and instructions of Engineer-in-charge (nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for laying, slabs in approved pattern and using precast slabs of required shape at the end of footpath.)

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. Red sand stone

Relaying old 40 mm thick fine dressed Red sand stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. (Old red sand stone slab shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying premium glazed anti skid multi colour 80mm thick precast cement concrete glazed glasss moulded and corner chamfered interlocking pavers block of M-40 grade having glazed minimum 10mm thick as per the specification attached, the interlocking pavers of required shape /design made by reputed manufacturer by spetra/terra ferna/dalal tiles /NITCO make be laid in desired pattern and colour over a bed of 50mm thick course sand including cutting pavers block as per requrement at site. The joint filled with fine sand etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing DQ stone flooring of size 100x100 mm and 70mm to 80mm thick laid over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) of approved design/shape and jointing and pointing with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) etc. complete as direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba/silt / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25kms. lead i.e. Shastri Park/Burari/Mundka including weighting at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/rules of plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursement by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
