Material & Labour for pumping out water from static water tank of capacity upto 50000 Gln including clearing of weeds, mud, sand /silt deposited at bottom by any means etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete walls of SWT etc or from any other situaton including raking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing , down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika

M& L for Waterproof Coating on Internal floor and wall using NITOCOTE CM 210 or equivalent of 2mm thickness and as specified in below steps by auth agency :- a) Surface Preparation: Surface shall be grained manual to ensure free from frost, surface laitance and contamination free from loose aggregate or other sharp protrusions with fairly smooth finish for application of waterproof coating. (b) Priming surface: shall be primed with water and wet the surfaces prior to coating. Any excess water collection shall be removed using sponge ensure for better bonding. (c) System: Providing and applying two coats to achieve minimum 2.0mm thickness, the waterproofing coating shall be of Nitocote CM210 or equivalent as approved by GE, an elastomeric cementations coating. System shall consist of two-component polymer modified cementations coating supplied in pre-packaged form. The product should be designed to be easily mixed on site using a slow speed drill fitted with mixing paddle to apply on substrate using trowel. The cured coating, after immersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0- 300 - 0 microns at 15°C for 6,000 cycles without failure all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge at all levels. (d) Provide mechanical key : Sand shall be manually broadcast over the second coat immediately to ensure the protective layer shall be bonded to waterproofed coating layer. The rates quoted for this items deemed to be inclusive of all the provisons from (a) to (d) specified here-in-before.

Material & Labour for cutting channel , V groove n exc 15 cm girth in RCC wall and clean the surface by removing dust and unwanted material by air presure to insert nozzle for injecting cement slurry into cracks developed in the wall all as specified and directed by Engineer-In Charge. Note : The work to be executed by auth agency

Material & Labour for treating the “ V ” groove by Sealing the construction joints/cracks with crack sealing cementitious material Renderoc CS or equivalent as approved by GE in writing before incorporation in the work, following by providing injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture like Cebex 100 or equivalent @ 225 gms.per bag of cement or as per manufacture 's instructions in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes @ 0.5 mtr c/c , fixing of PVC nozzles with Renderoc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug or equivalent, non-shrink rapid setting mortar compound, finishing, curing etc. as per manufacturers specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material & Labour for Gola / Coving by Providing and applying at the junction of base slab and vertical offsets with Cement Mortar 1:4 and admixed with Conplast X421IC or equivalent at dosage of 125ml per bag of Cement as per manufacture's instructions at a size of 75 mm x 75 mm all as specified, as per manufacturers instructions and directed by Engineer-In Charge.(water proofing admixture measured and paid seperately ) Note : The work to be executed by auth agency as

Material & Labour for treating the area around Inlet/outlet pipes by Cleaning the surface with wire brushing followed pressure cleaning using water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Applying a coat of styrene- butadiene based polymer coating using Nitobond SBR or equivalent to enhance adhesion. Packing the gap using Fibre reinforced shrinkage compensated, polymer modified structural grade repair mortar ; Renderoc S2 or equivalent ,upto the finished wall surface whilst the Nitobond SBR or equivalent is in tacky state. Typical Properties Compressive strength at 28day as per BS 1881 45N/mm2, completely as per the manufacturer’s instruction all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : The work to be executed by auth agency

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roofs complete all as specified. Note: 1. If any lightining conducture will found duing dismantling of roof tiles at site shall be carefully removed and refixed in the same position after laying of APP membrane as per direction by Engr-in Charge. 2. No additional rate shall be paid for removal and refixing of lighting conducture to the contractor.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof any thickness all as directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm gradeded mechanically curshed stone aggregate as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrance minium weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less then 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface including priming surface of roof by applying bituminous primer not less then 0.40 Ltr/sqm by the same mambrance manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ Ltr at 250 C temp and viscosity 70-16 cps laid by the authorised agent of the manufacturer duly approved in writting before executing the treatment complete and prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : IWL / Shiva Bitumen/Bengal bitumen. Note : 10% of the amount of water proofing treatment items shall be kept reserverd and contractor shall give 10 years written guarantee for water proofing. However contractor can deposit a FDR of same amount and if contractor fails to rectify the defects occured during this period the same shall be get rectified at contractor's risk and cost and payment shall be made by encashing the FDR deposited for this purpose.

Material & Labour 40mm thick Brick tile laid over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item no. above here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specified and directed by engr- in charge. Note : Old serviceable bricks tiles as obtained from dismantling shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors built in cement mortar, surface channels, roofs, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat as in pavings/Roof in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced Concrete in any description and pavings n exc 15 cm thicknes not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, wheel guard and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and also including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed .

Brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

Brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but using old bricks obtained obtained from demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub clas 'B' bricks, straight as curved on plan to any radius in half brick work wall but in cement mortar 1:4

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 to the brick/ concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified.

Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 to the brick/ concrete surfaces in ceiling, finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (ACE) / Berger (WALMASTA) / Nerolac (SURAKSHA SUPERIOR)

M&L for preparation of newely plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

M&L for applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to old surfaces of wall over & including preparation of existing surface by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:1½:3), nominal mix, type A-1 uising 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab of ventilator in cm 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured seperately

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of asbetos/fibre cement corrugated/semi corrugated sheet in roof covering including ‘J’ or ‘L’hooks complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick,of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with selg taping scrws as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Tata Bluescope or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.5mm thick, rib having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Fixing of sheets will be done strictly according as per manufacurer's instructions. Make : Tata Bluescope or equivalent as approved by GE
