-Providing and Laying Separation membrane Sheet 125 micron thick imper able plastic sheet of approved quality of make IPCL, Shivalik or equivalent make, over the surface of DLC complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

-Providing & laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-40 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete. Improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in foundation and plinth. (Note: Cement content considered in this item is @ 420 kg/ cum).The ready Mix concrete is to be procured from plants of ACC/L&T Birla/ Ultratech as approved by Engineer in Charge at Delhi or Gurgaon. The finishing of the laid cement concrete with the surface vibrator and mechnical trowel including cost arrngement and chowkidar etc complete in all respect.

-Providing and laying of 50 mm thick completed bitumenous macadam with approved quality of bitumen grade VG-30(60/70) with bitumen contents ,3.30% to 3.50% of total weight of mix preperad by latest MORTH Sepecifactions with computerized hot mix plant and laying at site of work for all leads with machinical paver and rolling with road roller given denisty as job mix formula complete in all respects as per sepcifactions of the center satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including cost of bitumen

-Providing and Tack coat on Exisiting Black Surface with 30kg Bitumen 100Sqm Mtr with Vg-10 Grade

-Providing tack coat on existing Black Surface with 50Kg Bitumen 100 Sqm with Vg-10

-Providing and laying 40 mm thick compacted Bituminous concrete ( BC) in one layer with 100-120 TPH batch / drum type hot mix plant and with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment ,rolling woth smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandan rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause no.507 MoRTH specification (5th Revision )2013for road and bridge works (5th revision ) using minimum 5.4 % ( upto 30 mm thick) to bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respect including cost bitumen instruction issued from time to time by MoRTH regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly . The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensot device conforming to MoRTH specification in mandatory.

-Providing and making sawcut longitudinal joints between two lanes including cost of providing protective coating of bituminous paint for 75 mm on each side of joint on Tie bars, Initially 3-4 mm wide cut shall be make upto 1/3 depth of slab and sealed temporarily with a jute rope. At the time of sealing of the joint temporary seal shall be made upto a depth 17mm. Before sealing the joint 2 mm thick compressible de-bonding strips with paper back shall be inserted to the bottom of the groove. The groove shall be filled with polysulphide/ silicon sealant. The sealant shall be applied slightly to a lower level than the slab with a tolerance of 2 + 1mm complete in all respect as per approved drawing and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

-Providing and fixing of WBM as per specification (1252)
