   (1)Full/Bulk Order will be placed on OEM or its authorized dealer on tender specific authorization.(2)The Firm, both OEM/Trader is required to submit satisfactory past supply performance for supply of tender item to any Railways .The Firm is required to submit PO copy/ GeM contract along with CRN/CRAC in support to its satisfactory past performance in last three financial years and up to the date of tender opening, otherwise the offer shall not be taken into consideration. It shall not be considered as satisfactory past performance where the Firm submit PO/Contract copies only without attaching corresponding documents unless Railway get confirmation of supply against attached POs/Contracts only. The Railways may check satisfactory past supply performance of the Firm in ireps/imms for supply of tender item in last three financial year.
