Charges for carrying out periodical maintenance works like topping the oil upto the required level in the bearing housing, lubricating the bearings of cooling water pump, as per the direction of the site incharge, including cost of consumables and T&P's hire charges.

Charges for inspection of chain link roller, roller pin and roller seating area for wear & tear and rectify the old one / renewal with new one by carryingout cutting and welding as directed by the site Engineer including the cost of consumables,T&P's hire charges etc.,
Charges for cleaning, inspection and rectification/ replacement of the sprocket wheel seating area with chain link roller by carrying out cutting, welding at the necessary places for smooth functioninig of travelling water screen baskets in order to collect the debris as directed by the site engineer including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T & P's etc.,
Charges for cleaning the sleeve bearing in the driven end plumber block by dismantling the gear box from its position and supporting the sprocket wheel in apporiate position, removing the sleeve bearing housing from its position, cleaning the rust, old grease, foreign material, applying new grease, checking the clearenance between shaft & sleeve bearing and reassembling plumber block & gear box intact for smooth operation of travelling water screen as directed by the site engineer including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T & P's etc.,
Charges for rectifying the wornout & damaged travel water screen basket by marking, cutting and fixing the screen mesh in travel water screen basket suitably including cost of consumables and hire charges for T &P' etc.,
