(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Using anti-skid tiles (Observed Data)

Supplying and fixing in position by means of 75mm long and 6.5mm dia counter sunk bolts and nuts embedded in the floor with rubber or fibre washers. Supplying and fixing in position of the following PVC specials best approved quality confirming to ISS and providing leak proof joints with PVC adhesive etc, including fixing to walls with necessary teak wood plugs screws etc. and giving connections to the PVC pipe dismantling the brick masonry RCC floor or roof slab and redoing the disturbed portion to original conditions etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC specials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Distmpering old wallls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces(colour and quality should be got approved by executive engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes,high scaffolding charges,neat finishing,complete complying with standard specification

Colour waashing two coats in all floors using best freshly burnt white shell lime and best quality of approved variety of colouring pigment including cost of lime, colouring pigments, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Mineral colouring pigments not affected by lime should onlyby used.

Re Painting the walls with double coat with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) S I No 358

Solid PVC Door shutter using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq. tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS sq. tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furnitue and fittings. The oe all size of styles shall be 50mmX30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmX30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmX45mm. With suitable rebate for housing the shutter.
