CIVIL WORK

Earth work excavation for foundation by manual means for Isolated, Combined and Other type foundations in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2.00mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with Sand Gravel mix in ratio of 1:3 in layers of not more than 15cm thick thoroughly mixed, well watered, rammed with surface vibrator and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Mixing by mechanical means.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by mechanical means.

Fabrication and erection of 16 Nos Steel 'Stanchion 3m, height made up of 2 Nos. of 65mm dia M.S pipes with 12mm thick base plate 45 x 45cm. Size supported by 65x65x6mm angle over foundation bolts 25mm dia 4 Nos. and 10mm thick top plate 300mm x 300mm size supported by 50x50x6mm angle with bracing of 50x6mm flat at 50cm. Centre to centre including fixing base plate, top plate and welding the bracings to pipes including painting two coats of good quality I class synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete.All structural steel materials,bolts and nuts will be supplied by departmentally at site at free of cost.

Fabricating and erecting in position of 8 Nos trusses of 9m span with 40 x 40 x 2.60mm Square Pipe. M.S.Pipe for principal rafters and bottom tie and with 40 x 40 x 2.60mm Square Pipe for all other member including cutting starightning, alingning champering ends welding and fixing with M.S.Plates 8mm thick at two sides for jointing with principal rafter bottom tie fixing the truss with 10mm base plate over anchor bolts 20mm size 450mm long and 250 x 150 x 8mm anchor plates etc.,complete.The trusses will be manufactured as per drawings enclosed. The rate should include Two coats of anti - corrosive metallic nut brown colour paint over one coat of red oxide primer.All structural steel materials,bolts and nuts will be supplied by departmentally at site at free of cost.

Supplying, fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
