Material and Labour for preparation of old treated wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered wall surface of any description and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying 1mm thick wall care putty in two layers on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered and unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss efflocerent salt and treading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistance primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old treated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of Surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc including preparation and applying of two coat of fire resistance paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc., including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots, crack filling with crack fill paste/order of Asian paints or equivalent make and make good smoothen surfaces by sand paper and appying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9lit (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1/7 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with aflow speed of 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3200 PSI and two coats of water based premium acrylic platina long life 10 exterior emulsion (Berger Paint) or equivalent make of approved color with silicon additive & colour stay technology, exellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 grams/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, anti Algae properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water all as per manufactureres instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with aflow speed of 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3200 allow 6-8 hours to dry the surfaces in subsequent coats of paint and including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for smart periodicals (a) Work shall be done as per MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorized applicator complete all as specified and directed (b) The contractor shall submit MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorized applicator before commencement of work. (c) Cost of scaffolding at any height shall be included in the quoted rate. (d) Preparation of plastered or unplastered surface or removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, chajjas, ceilings, fins, fascias, parapets etc shall be done by using mechanial sander with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the manufacturer. After the prepartion of surface written approval shall be obtained from GE before applying primer and further treatment/ coats. Bldg wise stage passing register shall be maintained. (e) Finishes ie cement based paint, acrylic water based exterior grade primer,premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion etc to walls, ceiling, chajjas, fins, fascias, prapets etc shall be applied using airlessspray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length. the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro-guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint and primer usage (f) This equipment shall be certified by approved manufacturer. (g) The accessories for applying the finishes shall be spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of finishes on the surface so as to achieve uniform application and quality surface finish. (h) The contractor shall submit approved company generated 05 years warranty card at the time of submission final bill.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces or concrete surfaces walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in two layers on wall surface with 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Material and labour for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on internal surfaces of brick wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
