Cleaning of internal wall/floors of RCC over head reservoirs of Capacity 25000 Gallon including removing fine sand/silt deposited inside the over head reservoirs with the help of wire brushes and removing any fungus formation inside the tank, removing the waste by opening wash out valves and applying caustic soda solution and one coat of lime wash internally including writing work with one coat of synthetic enameled paint as per colour code for (a) date of cleaning (b) Next due date of cleaning (c) Capacity of tank etc, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : All precautionery measure such as safety belt, climbing rope etc to be taken by the contractor for safeguard of human life while working on overhead reservoir.

Ditto all as per item 02 above but of Capacity 50000 Gallon.

Ditto all as per item 02 above but of Capacity 100000 Gallon.

Ditto all as per item No 01 above but for underground or semi underground sump of Stage III and Stage IV, Pump House of Capacity 50000 Gallons. The work also includes washing with clean water and bleaching powder including scraping with wire brush on walls and floors & removing mud and grits & deposits etc throw out propeprly to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr. Writing the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on a rectangular box of size 75cm x 50cm, wriing in white in colour on black back all as specified and as directed.. NOTE : (i) All precautionery measure such as safety belt, climbing rope etc to be taken by the contractor for safeguard of human life while working on under ground sump.

Servicing of Chlorine dosing system complete including electrical control system and necessary cleaning of silt, dirt at chlorine tank with any cleaning solution and washing the chorine drum twice, replacement of minor accessories like deteriorated 8mm dia connection pipe etc. replacement of major spares like agitator, dosing pump and GM Nozzle etc. NOTE : 1. Minor accessories shall be included in the item rate. 2. Major accessories shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fixing motor agitator, 120 Watt, single phase, 220 Volt C, 50 Hz, 6 pole, 900 RPM to rotate and mixing granular chlorine to be fixed with the existing chlorine dosing tank complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing shaft impeller complete with impeller dia 80mm, shaft dia 32mm, MOC - PVC, to be fixed with the existing chlorine dosing tank complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing pipe line with filter, and the pipe line shall be fitted from service tank to preparation tank complete including the following accessories :- (a) Valve 25 NB, Push fit, UPVC, Sch 40 Ball Valve (b) Y-stainer : 25mm NPT, MOC : PVC (c) Union 25mm push fit (d) FTA - 25mm, MTA - 25mm, Elbow - 25mm

Chlorine testing kit compete with test tubes, solution complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Chemical / bacteriological analysis and potability test of water obtained from bore well from authorised laboratory and submitting the report in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Turbidity test of water obtained from different bore well from authorised laboratory and submitting the report in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Aviation obstruction light for overhead water storage tank or reservoir with LED lamp 1 watt of 100 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: C&S Model No. LTAL100 or equivalent in Philips/Bajaj

M&L for water level indicator for Overhead reservoir or undergound/semi underground sump comprising sensors for 10 levels indicators and features of alarm on low and high levels with indications. The system to have alarm by pass and different indication in case of alarm by pass including connecting to the nearest system by providing 2 core copper conductor cable 1.5sqmm etc and taking out old unserviceable water level indicator all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Make shall be approved by GE before incorporation of the work.

Supply and fixing wheaher proof service wire connection of, single strand 1100 volt size 6 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying laying jointing connecting testing and commissioning of communication cable 10 core 0.5 Sqm PVC sheathed heavy duty LT copper conductor cable complete including 16 SWG GI wire for supporting the communication cable and binding both the GI wire and communication cable at 1mtr gap including replacement of old unserviceable communicable cable of water level sensor of under ground sump or over head reservoir etc Note : All precautionery sefety measure shall be taken by contractor for safeguard of humen life while working on overhead reservoir or underground/semi-underground sump.

Material and labour for cleaning of service overhead tank of capacity 500Ltr complete including disconnection of inlet/outlet tank nipple or tank connection, double wash of inner surface of the tank by removing dirt, scale, silt etc by means of wire brush using bleaching powder solution or any other chemical, finally washing with clear water and writing date of cleaning and next due date of cleaning in a rectangular box of size 75cm x 50cm, writing with white paint, size of letters not mor than 50mm complete with re-connection of pipe lines, testing the serviceability all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 19 capacity 1000 Ltr.

Supply and fixing float valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia (minimum weight 210 gms) including taking out float valve of size 20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per srl item No 21 above but of size 25mm dia.

Tank nipple, PTMT suitable for HDPE/ PVC water storage tank of size 20mm dia complete including taking down the existing one.

Ditto all as per srl item No 23 above but of size 25mm dia.

M & L for Fabrication of distribution header of size 200 mm dia MS pipe dead end from both side with blind plates duly bolted including weilding work to cut pieces/ pipes made to shape for taking out number of Incoming/ Outgoing branches flanged type with suitable sluice valves incl nuts bolts, washer, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and finish coat of paint as desired complete including brick work with plastering 1:6 cement mortar to support the header above ground level and necessary PCC work/ hard standing all around complete all as specified and directed. Supply lay and jointing mild steel ERW pipe line 150 mm dia 5.4 mm thickness flanged type conforming to IS 7161 including MS flanges and rubber gasket with required Nos of hole, required nos of MS connecting pieces and necessary Nos of nut bolts washers of suitable sizes including cutting of pipes welding work and drilling holes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items)

Ditto all as per srl item No 36 above but of size 200mm bore dia.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth in hard/dense soil, getting out and leveling the bottom surface to required gradient for laying of water supply mains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all asspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 metres away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 metres from the starting point all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F CI special fittings of any size, any type ISI marked as required at site such as bends (any type, radius and angle),Taper any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot), collar, caps and plugs upto 250mm bore etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for fabricated steel frame steel structural work as provision to improve the installation incl nut bolts, washer, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated and directed by Engr-in-charge including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all directed.
