Two coats of Nitro Proof 100 bitumen based water proofing coating over plastered surface complete as per specification of chemical resistant coating complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The work shall be executed through authorized applicator of M/S Fosroc / M/S Pidilite using the materials supplied by M/S Fosroc chemicals (India) Pvt Ltd or M/S Pedilite Industrials Ltd and In accordance with their repective manufacture's instructions.

S& F for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs of rough finished flat concrete surfaces such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertilcal surface by applying of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure on note No.6 of TD drawing No. AFB/TD/260/06 Sheet No.1/1 (R ) and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 @1.2 Kg / sqm over and below the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: TD drawing mentioned above shall be refered at AGE (I) AF CBE office during office hours.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in 75mm thick plinth protection finishing the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and as directed.
