Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge (incl. all leads, lifts and carriage complete) (IN PATCHES AND STRETCHES)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight bitumen of grade VG-30 inclu. heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaninig the ex. Road surface as per specification on WBM surface surface @0.750 kg /sqm

Providing and laying (50mm thick Compacted BM layer ) premix bitumenous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in CPWD Specifications and straight run bitumen of grade 80-100 @4% by weight of total mix including Hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in Hot Mix Plant, Transporting mix material & laying mixed with paver finisher to the required level and grade rolling with road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including cost of bitume
