Charges for cleaning of coal, coal powder and foreign materials etc., on walk ways , return belt, deck sheets, head end floor and tail end areas of conveyor-68 including hire charges for T&Ps and cost of all required consumables, etc., complete.

Charges for routine checking and Monitoring of the mechanical equipments of conveyors 68 Including belt training , joint Checking , monitoring of chutes, liner plates & deflector plates, checking of Idler free rotation, monitoring of gear box and fluid coupling, cleaning and lubricating take up moving parts, solenoid valve operation checking, checking of scoop actuator, oil pump and oil heat exchanger, removal of coal chokes inside chute to monitoring the all equipments in drive floors 24 hours, monitoring the sprinklers system in conveyors and avoid the spreading of coal powder in drive floors including T&P hire charges and consumables, etc., complte (one activity consists of 3 shifts per day)
