Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out for laying of cables/pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned/consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type-1, flate, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Galvanised iron pipe "light grade" 80mm bore in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cable with all necessary fittings, including sealing ends complete. Make :- Jindal ,Tata, Swastik

M&L for scrubbing out old paint, rust etc from 11 mtr steel tubular pole of any size including cross arms, brackets & anti climbing divices and making smooth and even surface then painting with one coat of anti rust paint and two coat of superior quality aluminium paint on entire exposed portion of pole structure and writing Abbreviated feeder name in 2 " size with white paint on black base all as directed at site (work shall be completed in the stipulated period as directed by Engineer -in-charge).

M&L for scrubbing out old paint external surfaces of HT 2 pole structures consisting of cross arms, GOD assy with pipe, DO fuse assy, clamps etc., of any description and applying one coat of Aluminium paint by mannualy (Except PCC/RCC Pole) all as directed. This rate inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned inthe structures & Each job will be measured and paid.

Ditto all as per Item No. 9 above but HT 04 pole structure complete.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surface of any description for painting of fencing posts, MS flats, MS welded mesh inside or out side power house or sub stn with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

M&L for painting of transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA to 500 KVA with two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint externally after necessary preparation to surfaces including numbering SM/MES No. with white paint, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of air break gang operated switch 33 KV vertical or horizontal type mounted including insulator and operating mechanism and repair/ replacement of broken/worn out component, insulator etc for smooth functioning including oiling and greasing and testing complete. Note :- Spares shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item.

Servicing of air break gang operated switch and DO fuse unit upto 400 amps capacity , 11 KV vertical or horizontal type mounted including insulator and operating mechanism and repair/ replacement of broken/worn out component, insulator etc for smooth functioning including oiling and greasing and testing complete. Note :- Spares shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item.

Supply, filling and topping up new transformer oil low viscostly type of min dielectric strength of 60 KV breaking voltage at 2.5mm gap conforming to IS complete for indoor/ outdoor transformer complete all as directed.

Labour charges for ervicing/overhauling/repairing & testing of all protection relays , CTs,PTs and 33KV VCB breaker 1250 A out door type, including all circuit control wiring complete all as follows:- (a) CTs primary current injection test . (CT Testing) (b) Ratio test of PTs (c) Protection relays testing through secondary current injection kit (Relay testing) (d) Voltmeter,ammeter functional tesing (e) Breaker tesing for tripping time, closing time , contact resistance , IR values and physically healthyness of Vaccum interuptor.

Note :- (1) M&L for checking and testing of proper Earthing connection (2) The quoted rate of contractor includes for fixing the unserviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. (3) Proper adjustment of handle lock and alignment. (4) Testing of On/Off position of breaker by fixing checking apparatus on required slot. Supply and fixing inreplacement of Lithium Ion battery 25.6 volt 100AH each set for operating 11/ 33 KV VCB (for Providing DC supply for control Circuit), operating 24 Volt mounted on insulator mats and steel frame, with connection copper wire for Voltage rating upto 24 V etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Exide ,Amaron, ARENQ and Okaya power group

Supply and fixing inreplacement of Inverter of Rating 2350 VA Compitable for Item No.35etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Luminous poer technology , Exide , Microtech )

M&L for Moisture absorbing dew guard 150 mm x 150 mm size for HT VCB 11 KV and 33 KV for absorbing condensed water from VCB made out of synthetic rubber and super absorbent polymer and covered by a non-woven fabric to maintain a constant level of humidity in side VCBs capable to with stand temparature from - 30 degree to + 90 degree centigrade. The dew guard should be halogen free and silicon free , environmental friendly and can be dispossed of in regular trash. The rates quoted incl fixing inside VCB with strong adhesive double sided tape complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Model No HDG 150 of Hensel make (pack of 2)/ ABB/L&T

Tightening and re-stringing of existing loose over head conductor (ACSR/Copper/GI continuous earth wire) any type on LT/HT poles including replacement of binding wire of required size and shape from insulators & jumpers, stringing and tightening of conductor to permissible sag complete. Note : Each line of wire to be measured.

Lopping /cutting of tree branches from any height and type of tree in route of 11KV HT/LT lines from take over point to last of each feeder complete. Note : (i) Necessary shut down where required be taken from MRS and time and date will be as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The tree branches shall be 2 Mtr away from the outer conductor of OH lines after cutting.

M&L in replacement of lighting arrestor explosion type class discharge cap 65KA suitable for 11 KV system for out door use with all fittings and connecting to electrical system including taking down existing unserviceable lightening arrester complete.

M & L in replacement for AB Switch triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed. Make Jaipuria, Rashtriya, Pactil, Souther insulators.

Disconnecting HT, LT and earth connections from transformer out door/ indoor type, pole mounted/ plinth mounted 11/0.433 KV, capacity ranging 160 KVA to 315 KVA, lifting the transformer by using hydraullic crane and load the same in a suitable truck to transport to the manufacturer's workshop. Un loading the same by using hydraullic crane, drain out insulating oil complete to take out the core assy, replace the damaged HV/LV leg coils with proper gauge copper wire, re insulation the complete core/windings with proper insulation materials, complete servicing and ovening of transformer as specified, filter the insulation oil minimum three cycles upto 400 Ltrs quantity to receive the proper value of dielectric strength,

testing the oil for not less than 40 KV BDV, refilling the same to the transformer, toping up with new transformer oil upto the marked level, re assembling complete accessories including testing of transformer at work shop as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Loading the transformer and transporting back to the substation, installation on the existing foundation/ structure including HT, LT, and earthing connections, carry out magnetic test and other specified tests after transportation of the transformer and commissioning in all respect to the satisfaction of Engr in charge. Note :- (i) The copper wire of suitable gauge for rewinding of damaged portion will be measured and paid under respective items of this schedule. (ii) The oil used for topping up of transformer oil and dehydration of existing oil will be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule.

Ditto all as per item No. 42 above, but for transformer of 11 KV/433 Volts capacity from 400 KVA to 500 KVA of any make and any type all as directed.

Supply only HV bushing 11 KV for transformers upto 500 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LV bushing 0.433 / 0.415 KV for transformer upto 500 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HV spindle (metal part) made out of brass with nuts and washers complete for transformer for 500KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Tracing out fault in 11KV /33 KV underground cable any size with the help of fault tracing machine and rectifying the same with joints as specified and directed to restore the supply complete all as specified. Note: (i) Joint kit shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately. However, width of trenches shall be allowed for payment as per authorized width given in SSR for each size of cable. (iii) All other necessary arrangements suitable for locating the faults deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iv) T&P required for the entire job shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (v) Cable required, if any shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking out old unserviceable underground HT cable 11 KV armoured with aluminium conductor of any size from trenches, walls, Road, footpath or ducts and making good after taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying/ Re-routing only HT UG Cable 11 KV of any description and size, laid in trenches/ surface of Wall/in GI Pipe along with Pole for connection to shifted VCB including Testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Earthwork, cable cover, GI Pipe, sand etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items. (ii) Cost of shifting of cables at work sites as ordered is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Supply & laying in replacement of HT XLPE, insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volt Grade of size 300 Sqmm 3 core including jointing and testing complete.

Supply & laying in replacement of HT XLPE, insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 Volt Grade of size 120 Sqmm 3 core including jointing and testing complete.

Sppply & Laying in repairs PVC insulated, armoured, electric copper cable of size 4 sqmm 2 core with multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, for DC supply of 11 KV VCB laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes & making necessary connection for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of single disc type Polymer type insulator, vitreous white, brown or green 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type with clamp suitable for the conductor of required size and working pressure 11000 volts complete. Make : Rashtriya /Jaipuria / Pactil /Alstom

Ditt All as per item No 61 above but for working pressure 33000 volts grade.

Material and labour for spreading and leveling evenly (any thickness) 40 mm graded stone aggregated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing inreplacement Drop out fuse assembly (set of 03) single pole ,two post insulator per pole complete with FRP FUSE Barrel channel type for current rating upto 50amps 11000V etc including fixing arrangement with nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable forelectrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3.0 mm thick for voltage upto 33 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

M & L for dismantling & taking out burnt cable end (one side) transformer or LT panel/LT feeder pillar box including excavation of refilling complete and cut the burnt cable end and making suitable for reconnections to cable with proper luging & glanding of transformer /LT panel of cable size upto 185 sqmm and 3.5 core all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of Vegitation / undergrowth/ bushes and tree branches in the premises of E/M installations ( sub stn) by using mechanical bush cutter and surface excavation, JCB where deemed necessary and cleaning the creepers growing on the fencing of installation and removal of waste vegitation to the nearest dust bin or location as directed of periodicity complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note:- Any T&P and transportation required for removing of Vegitation from installation deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for spraying chemical GLYPHOSATE 41% SL (roundup) on area to remove unwanted vegetation /grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note- (1). Labour and equipments to spray chemical on required area are including in quoted rate. ( 2). spray will be repeated quarterly or as per diredtion by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for disconnecting and taking out worn out jumpers of suitable size for HT over head line / Sub Station of any size and length after removing binding wire / Sub Station connector of AB switch / DO fuse unit and replacement with the new ACSR weasel conductor jumpers including PVC sleeves in colour coding R/Y/B of same size and length 1.5 mtr including new winding wire / connectors suitable for AB switch / DO fuse unit including provn of conducting jelly all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/Taking out old unserviceable earthing any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair of earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point including excavation/ earth work in any type of strata, removal of surplus excavated material, GI pipe for watering and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 use 20 mm graded stone aggregate chamber including necessary formwork / mould for fair and even surfaces, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B0 use 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate chamber cover slab, GI funnel, with GI watering pipe 20 mm bore medium graded, wire mesh, protection pipe 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade for earth lead upto 7.50 metre long salt, charcoal including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 metre will be measured and paid sepeartely. (ii) Test report shall be prepared and submitted by the contractor in triplicate duly obtaining signatures of MES JE / AGE . (iii) The earth resistance should be less than 5 Ohm.

Supply only Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F repair Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitrous enameled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with suitable size MS clamp for HT size of Plates 25 cm X 20 cm complete all as specified.

S & F in repair of cable path indicator made of MS sheet 3 mm thick of size 200 x 150 mm spot welded with angle iron of 40x40x5 mm thick 750mm long embedded in PCC 2:4:6 incl painting with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and sign writting with white paint showing grade of cable HT/LT complete all as directed

Dismantling and taking out damaged/rusted cross arms, MS channel or angle section etc complete and setting aside for reuse within 50 mtrs.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates from existing poles and structures and material and labour for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type ype 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base of the pole, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for poles, complete all as specified and as directed.
