Note :- 1. Work will be carried out upto 4th storey of bldgs also as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and Mild steel scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account. 2. Contractor should also resolve the day to day problems/ complaint related to item no 02 to 112 in piece meal as per requirement and give the feedback to the Engr-in-charge within next 24 hours about the work done and complete site will not be vacated for the same, only requirement basis site for work will be handed over and work will be carried out up to 4th storey. 3. The contractor shall be provided with space for setting up maintenance cell at the specified location as per the directions of engineer in charge which shalled be manned by the supervisor responsible for collecting complaints from the concerned JE/AGE. However, no additional payment other than those measurable below shall be made to the contractor. The recovery for non-complaince shall be made as per provisions given in Sch 'A' notes.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed .

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC Type B1 (1:2:4)(using 20mm graded aggrigate) for coping,benching,span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick,including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 set set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors,path etc with grey pigment cement as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as spd as directed

M&L for water proofing treatment (upto 4 storey Building) in the following sequences:- (a) Applying screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:3, over RCC roof slabs for laying water proofing treatment mixed with using water proofing liquid @ 150 ml per bag of cement. (b) cement slurry over existing roof surface @ 3 Kg/Sqm incl mix with water proofing liquid @ 0.15 ltr per 50 kg cement bags as per manufactures instructions (c) Applying 1st course of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm cover the surface till the surface properly impregnated and insolvent oil primer evoporate completely (d) Applying 2nd coat of hot blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (e) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and as directed . (f) Polymeric membrane shall be inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing and sealed with paving bitumen Incl cutting of brick wall upto depth of 50 mm and finished with cement concrete (1:2:4) 12.5 mm aggrigate (g) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (Note : Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 as sunken sub base of floor fillings with broken brick agg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32mm dia GI pipe, medium grade as in spout pipe in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prepared surface of sunken slab and applying an avg 75 mm thick PCC M20 (nominal mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound with proper slope shall be laid to a slope of 1:40 towards spout on RCC slab and 15 mm thick Plaster in CM(1:3) mixed with water proofing compound on vertical/horizontal faces when PCC is still green. After laying of pipes, 2 coats of polymeric based chemical shall be applied and tested by ponding. After testing, sunken portion shall be filled with PCC using brick aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge (Note : PCC and brick aggrigate shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour for factory made pressed steel frame of size 105mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors single rebated including mild steel 04x hinges (02x top,01x middle and 01x bottom) medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for factory made pressed steel frame of size 125mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors double rebated including mild steel 08x hinges (04x top,02x middle and 02x bottom) medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in back fill of pressed steel door frames completet all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing Factory made, plain framed, panelled shutter (two Panel) 35mm thick, 2nd class Hardwood with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply. The size of rail and stiles as per as per IS:1003 (Part-I),kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 35 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton door shutters open rebated of second class hard wood rail and styles(Hollock), prepared to receive glass/gauge etc without sash bars, edges of framing plain cham-fered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- S & F wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately)

S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

S&F 30 mm thick Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded palin colour PVC `C' channel heaving a PVC sheert strip of 20mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bbottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame wedded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over a coat of waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sqm. of average thickness 1 mm over the new plastered surface (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding)complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down with sand paper and stopping of painted surfaces including preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, fascia, face of columns, beams etc. and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion ncluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over a coat of waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sqm. of average thickness 1 mm over the old plastered surface (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding)complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall etc, including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling, etc including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
