Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m(fifty metre) dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material ordinary soil upto 3m(three metre) depth as directed by Engineer-in-charge all kinds of soil including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in cement concrete grade 1:3:6 (one cement :three coarse sand :six graded stone aggreate) 20 mm(Twenty milimillter) norminal size grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand) : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm(forty millimetre) nominal size)as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providng Tor Steel reinforcement (Tata Tiscon/sail make) for Reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete in Super-structure for all floor level in heights including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD Specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick masonry with machine cut burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5(seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level, in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand)as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Nerolac/Asisan/Dulux/Berger ) of required shade new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm(one point sixty seven litre per ten square metre)over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm(two point twenty kilogram per ten square metre) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents. Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm (twenty two millimeters) thick in foothpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigement to match the shade of tiles, including bubbing and cleaning etc. completed, on 20mm (twenty millimeters) thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four coars sand),as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents. Providing and fixing stainless steel(Tata/Sail make, JINDAL) ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) plate with letter engraved by CNC Machine and backed with ACP sheet including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel bolts etc of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangment as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
