Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral staircases upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing PVC trap with PVC grating with or without vent arm complete including providing necessary lubricant and slip ring for fixing fittings, cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors -110mm inlet and 110mm outlet as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish and unserviceable dismantled materials upto 5 Km radius. The rate include incidental charge transportation by mechanical means loading and unloading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
