Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light ,fan, socket any type, power, bell etc. complete including fixtures & fittings (such as ceiling rose, socket, Pendent, regulator, light fitting etc) and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls ceiling etc complete all as directed.

Material only for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cable, multi-stranded, copper conductor, in universal colour code with & including suitable size of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit (not less then 20mm dia med gd)and its all accessories complete concealed in wall / roof incl cutting & chases( making good all to the disturbed surfaces as per existing) and including with modular flush metal boxes with modular cover plates & frame for mounting modular switches, sockets, regulators etc and including earth wire of PVC insulated (FRLS) copper conductor multistranded of 1.5 Sqmm size in green colour complete all as specified in current SSR Part-I & II & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge , as described below:-

One light point controlled by one way Modular switch 6 Amp complete.

One ceiling fan point controlled by one way Modular switch 5 amp and one regulator complete.

One exhaust fan point controlled by one way Modular switch 5 amp complete.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket point controlled by one Modular switch on same board.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket point controlled by one Modular switch on independent board.

Material only for Sub Main Wiring with two runs single core 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cable with stranded copper conductor drawn in suitable size of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit and its all accessories complete concealed in wall/roof with and including 6 Sqmm copper green colour earth wire all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(02 run 6 Sq mm single core cable, one run of 6 Sq mm earth wire & One run of PVC conduit will measured as one RM).

Provision of services for maintenance of internal electricity comprising of internal electric wiring, switches, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, electrical fittings & fixtures,MCB's geyser accesories like heating element, thermostat, taking down and refixing of all type of fans and all other electric work related to buildings all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) All electric points, fixtures & fittings and all other connected electric components should be checked and defective parts to be rectified/replaced/made serviceable. (b) Defective spares will be measured and paid separately. (c) The contractor should employ two skilled electricians and two helpers for carrying out day to day maintenance in General Shift from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for technical and domestic area of 3 BRD. (d) T&P items and testing lamp shall be provided by the Contractor at his own cost. (e) Any spare required for rectification/replacement will be paid under relevent item. (f) The Contractor or his authorized representative (with mobile phone) shall remain in the complaints cell for collection of complaint slip from JE E/M. (g) All complaints slip shall be returned by the contractor in the complaints cells of GE (AF) MC Chd located in Technical/domestic area on same day to the JE E/M or his representive after necessary repair/replacement have been carried out and signature of the user on the complaint slip. (h) It is responsibility of the contractor for rectification of complaint to the entire satisfaction of the user.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 70685.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
