M&L for Lifting /lowering unservicable submersible pump assembly completely any type/size up to 20HP along with coloum/delivery pipe of 50/80mm dia after disconnecting the electrical connection from the deep tube well/Dugwell of various depth, segregating components for carrying out repair work such as rewinding of burnt motor and serviceing of pump etc and re-assembling after repair, lowering in to the bore well, including aligning and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include only labour for taking up & lowering the submersible pump from bore well along with delivery pipe complete (b) Repairs/rewinding of submersible pump shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items. (c) Replacement of coloumn pipe will be measured and paid for separately as supply only, under relevants items.

M&L for Transporting the unserviceable submersible pump set upto 20 HP capacity from site to nearest authorised work shop, dismantling the pump motor assembly, replacement of unserviceable parts including servicing/overhauling the pump, re-assemblying and brought back to site complete all as specified and and directed.

Supply only following spare parts for submersible pump set vertical type up to 20HP complete all as speified and directed:-

SS impeller as per existing

Thrust bearing as per existing

Thrust plate set as per existing

Sand Guard as per existing

Stainless steel bush as per existing

Pump shaft as per existing

NRV as per existing

M&L for taking unserviceable submersible motor up to 20 HP from existing place and transporting the same to nearest authorised work shope dismantling and rewinding the burnt motor with suitable gauge of PVC insulated supper enamelled copper wire as per manufacture's instruction , and re-assemblying , testing complete and brought back to site complete all as specified and and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only column pipe 80 mm dia galvanised iron medium grade, 3 metre in length, both ends flanged and duly welded complete all as specified and directed. Make: JINDAL PIPES / TATA / PRAKASH SURYA

M&L for Dismantling and taking out the centrifugal pumping set with motor from the existing foundation for carring necessary repair/ servicing by replacing the unservicable parts including fixing of new coupling (CI/rubber) as per existing all as required at site of work of capacity from 25 to 60 HP, including re-fixing at same location including aligning and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Unit rate quoted against this item shall deemed to include only labour for transportation and reapir. (b) Spares /rewinding of pump set shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items.

M&L for Taking out wornout winding of centrifugal pump motor of capacity upto 20 HP carefully and rewinding the same with existing size of super enamelled copper winding wire, including necessary varnishing and insulating material baking etc, transportation to workshop and back to site complete all as specified and and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 11 above but motor capacity 25 to 60 HP complete all as specified and and directed.

M&L for Taking down/disconnecting the existing unserviceble Star Delta starter of Centrifugal / submersible pump from motor control panels of various pump houses and replace with new Star delta starter of capacity 10 HP to 20 HP, three phase, including making electric connection, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for repair to Stater panel with replacment of worn out parts like, connecting cables, voltmeter, ameter, single phase preventer, indicator , CTs etc including necessary insulation to bus bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Manually Operated Oil Immersed Star Delta Motor Starter for 60 HP Motor, 3 phase, 415 Volt, with thermal over load relay, single phasing protection and free mechanism with single contact duly oil filled including testing and taking down old unserviceable starters complete all as specified and directed. M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) typeC-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation, filling, mass concrete, concrete for Haunching of pipe of any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replcement of unserviceable three phase power contactor 60Amp to 80Amp capacity, 3 Pole with necessary cable thimble and insulating material complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/Legrand/ Havells/C&S

M&L for Cleaning of under ground sump, semi under ground sump of capacity 10000 to 50000 gallons ( Drinking water sump) after bailling out of water from tank & cleaning of all sides of wall , top, bottom with fresh water, with the help of pressure jet pump ( Maxium pressure up to 120 bar ) and vacuum suctioner pump, spray of chemical for anti fungal approved by WHO on all sides of walls after cleaning and applying two coats of white wash on external surfaces and writing date of cleaning on the tank complete all as specified and and directed by Engineer - in -charge .
