S & F for CP Jet spray with 1.00 mtr long CP flexible tube complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 2 way CP angle cock of 15mm bore fancy type screwed down for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old and U/S sub main wiring of 2/3 runs or main wiring of any size of aluminium conductor cable from any position including wood batten , PVC conduit , steel conduit , PVC casing caping etc all as directed by EIC .

Taking down old and U/S MCB DB including MCB/isolators all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan with down rod, fan hook, 1200mm sweep,BEE 5 star rated 240V AC with 3 fan blade and connecting up including provn of three core PVC insulated multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm copper wire from ceiling rose connector to fan of length not less than 0.5 mtr complete all as specified & directed. Supply and fixing Exhaust fan of 225 mm sweep (metal body) BEE 5 star rated single phase 230 V AC, 900 RPM, with louvered shutters including mounting frame, nut, bolts, washer, fasteners etc and connecting exhaust fan to ceiling rose including provIsion of three core flexible copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm not less than 0.5 mtr long for connection complete all as specified & directed. M & L for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 900x900x900mm depth (internal dimensions) with sub class B bricks built in CM 1:6, MS cover 3.00mm thick fixed on angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm thick with hinges and proper locking arrangements including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including 10mm thick internal/ external plastering in CM 1:4 and painting the steel surface with two coat of bituminous black paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
