Note for items ser no 1 to 4 :- (i) T&P required for repair/mantenance such as ladder, Crane vehicle, menpower etc, are inclusive in the item rate. (ii) Rate of necessary arrangement for fixing LED light on existing bracket like reducer or extention of pipe by suitable size of GI pipe as per dia of LED light by welding etc are inclusive in the item rate.)

Supply & fixing of 150 watt LED light energy saving and enviromental friendly long life versatile pressure dia cast aluminium IP66 roadway luminaire with high power LED as light source of capacity 150 watts ,5700 /3000 Degree kelvin with suitable driver and surge protection and all standard accessories etc complete all as specified including taking down old. Make : Havells HSN code 9405 or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F street light bracket made out of 40/50 mm dia GI heavy grade tubing not less than 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape including pole clamps made out of 50 x 6 FI and nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old.

Supply and fix 1.5 Sqmm 2 core cable, PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor(flexible) industrial cable, 1100 volt, confirming to IS :694 including replacement of old unsv cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Cable is reqd to be connected from street light to junction box with proper lugs.

LT Cable junction box outdoor shall be made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced than 205mm x 255mm x 112 mm(the cable size upto 25 sqmm). The polycarbonate junction box shall be environmental friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529.Weatherproof, UV resistant. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998. The Junction Box with 25Amp Connectors or Terminal Trip or Bus Bar. The Junction Box / Enclosure shall be tested as per IEC including one No. 4 pole connector and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts, cable glands with lock nuts of 2 Nos for each box complete all as per manufacturer’s complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing medium grade 40 mm bore cut to size and fixed along the pole /road cable protection all as required at site or complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old.

Automatic street light switch NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of streets lights based on lux level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch ) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole /wall mountable enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compund (sintex make SMC Junction Box or equivalent as approved by GE ) conforming to IP-54. The contactor, MCB and circuit wiring shall be suitable enough to take load of 8 KW single phase load /8 KW load equally distributed over 3-phase (7 KW/phase), contactor rating 25 Amps, 4 pole and MCB (single pole) rating 32 amps (SP-3 Nos) complete including sheet metal enclosure with stand made of suitable size angle iron and grouting of enclosure using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old. Make :- Healer and Model No. SWADEEP-02EC8KW 3 PHASE .

Supply and Laying Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips or wire armoured, cables (heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade and connecting and testing in trenches, under floors/ roads or on walls complete including taking down old complete all as specified and directed of following sizes :- (Note 1.: Earth work, excavation shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of Schedule and wherever cable laying on walls and uses of thimbles etc rates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and foundation of poles, stays and getting out in any type of soil,complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable all as specified and directed. by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Common burnt sub class ‘B’ brick laid flat in trenches over and across the length of cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed for cable protection.

Note:-Driver & surge protector shall be of same make or suitable for LED fitting as available at site.

M & L in replacement of LED Driver with surge protector suitable for 120 to 150 watt LED fitting with universal voltage 90-300 volts alternating current ,short circuit,over temperature and over load protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Trimming of tree in vicinity of electric supply pole/street light pole/solar modules & depositing at places n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying only LT UG cable 10 sqmm x 4 core to 185 sqmm x 3.5 core cable shall be provided under Sch 'B' making all electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50 mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed. Note 1- following items deemed to be included in quoted rate:- (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction. (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified. (j) G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. Note 2 On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
