Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position unframed work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work as in truss, rafter purling, made out of angle / Hollow pipe / tube section including jointing cleats, plates flat iron, gusset plates, rails, braces etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (gde-E-250) Quality, confirming to IS-1161-1979 of grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description exc 10cm with or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc. 1.5 Sqm and credited to the contractor, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The damaged portion of the tiles / rendering shall be made good with the same material to match with the adjacent surface.

S&F aluminium powder coated window (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) double shutter both side (front glass and inner side wire mesh) having fixed glass with aluminium section having section 50.80mm x 25.40mm (weight 0.489 kg/m) glazing clear section (weight 0.109 kg/m) with plain anodized including supply and fixing of 5mm thick plain glass and wire mesh making frame and glass water tightening making it good etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder Coated aluminium frame for windows, (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc of capacity upto 500 ltrs and refixing the float valve and plugging wash pipe including disconnecting existing tank and refixing in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting, on plastered surface preparatory to distempering , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by washing down, brooming down or steel wire brushing etc. and applying one coat cement base paint including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks (using old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks (using old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4, Complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work for fair finished surface, exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mils steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plastering on fair faces in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement but with using water proofing compound upto 12m height including taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint upto triple storey height, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised Aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling, and hangers 6 mm dia G.I. ( Upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. Flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete and including supply and fixing 12mm thick perforated particle board for insulation and accoustics purposes , 60 cmx 60 cm size as per manufacturers instructions and jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges other board any other joints with recommended jointing compound over jointing tapes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 45 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid / inserted to timber / GI / aluminium framework with screws including putty to receive finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plaster/ AC sheet / Gypsum board surfaces of ceiling including cornices and applying two coats of oil bound distemper colour / tint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm wide strong silicone sealant tape suitable for roof leak hole, metal leak, gap filling etc. hole size n exc 5x5mm including necessary fitting and scaffolding height upto 15m, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description including any treatment there to and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (c) Disposal of old debris/retrieved material to outside the premises or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding laid in slope as per requirement mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Minimum thickness of PCC shall be 50mm. (ii) Integral water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here in after.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 finsished even and smooth without using extra cement on roof surfaces using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar (Make :CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA / equivalent brand of Pidilite), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane in roof with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Apply bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg per Sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces, complete all as specified. (MAKE; WP Shield Primer W of SIKA/Shalikote T-32 of STP/Equivalent brand of Tikidan Danosa). (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyester reinforced (4 Kg/Sqm) with 10cm over laps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of APP Membrane: WP Shield 103 PM of SIKA/Super Thermolay 3mm (MT) of STP Limited/Equivalent brand of Tikidan Danosa.)

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismantling / taking down items) worth Rs 2,57,760.00 during AOC. (Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule)
