Taking down carefully old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including unserviceable fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, socket, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for providing point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code) 1100 volts grade in and including PVC rigid concealed conduit (medium grade) and conduit accessories alongwith continuos earth wire 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheaithed single core FRLSHcable 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly, with and including 1.6 mm thick sunk MS pressed steel terminals boxes with brass screws complete all as specified and directed for the followings:-

one light/fan point controlled by one, one way switche.

one light point controlled by one 6 Amp 2 way switches on independent board.

One 3/5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet point on independent board.

One 3/5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet point on the same board with other switches.

One call bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent board.

Materials and Labour for providing point wiring with 4sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code), 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing caping and accessories including PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi-stranded single core copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly with and including 1.6 mm thick sunk MS pressed steel terminals boxes with brass screws complete for One 3pin socket outlet 6/16 Amps, on independent board all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing bell push, flush type, 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing call bell Ding Dong, AC, single pole, 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing switch piano flush type, single pole, one way 5 Amp, 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing socket outlet, 5 Amps, 5 pin, flush type, 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Switch socket combination , 5/15 Amps, 5 pin, flush type, 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Lamp holder PVC /polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing ceiling rose,surface bakelite, 65 x 50 mm two to three terminals complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fixing stepped type electronics fan regulator 220volts,100Watt flush type fitted on the phenolic laminated sheet etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core, 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 volts grade multi-stranded, copper conductor cables (FRLS quality) drawn through PVC casing capping fixed on roof, walls, ceiling etc including 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded,, copper conductor as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Cost of PVC casing/Caping and its accessories is measured separately (ii) Two runs of cable and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one run length)

(Note : (i) Cost of PVC casing/Caping and its accessories is measured separately (ii) Two runs of cable and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one run length )

Supply and Fixing in repair Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core, 10 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 volts grade multi-stranded, copper conductor cables (FRLS quality) drawn through PVC caing caping fixed on roof, walls, ceiling etc including 10 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded,, copper conductor as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Cost of PVC casing/Caping and its accessories is measured separately (ii) Two runs of cable and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one run length )

Supply and Fixing in repair 09 Watt LED bulb suitable for batten type holder fittings with 04 hours of inverter backup and be able to fully recharged in 08-10 hours complete all as specified and directed. Make Havells or equivalent as approved by GE from list of approved makes.

Supply and Fixing in repair 10 Watt LED bulb suitable for batten type holder fittings with 04 hours of inverter backup and be able to fully recharged in 08-10 hours complete all as specified and directed. Make Havells or equivalent as approved by GE from list of approved makes.

Supply and Fixing in repair Batton integrated LED Channel 10 Watt LED fitting, wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing and integrated electronic driver and making connections with twin twisted unsheathed PVC copper cable of suitable size complete all as directed.Make:Bajaj Cat No. BCLSB 10 NW or equivalent in Philips/havells.

Supply and Fixing in repair Bulkhead LED fitting 10 Watt LED fitting, wall mounted LED fitting with polycarbonate housing and integrated electronic driver and making connections with twin twisted unsheathed PVC copper cable of suitable size complete all as directed. Make: Crompton Cat No. LBHE-10-CDL or equivalent in Philips/havells.

Supply and Fixing in repair LED street light fitting 25 Watt high power LED lamp, pressure di-cast housing with UV stabilized polycarbonate cover including driver, suitable type gasket and IP 65 protection including connection complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells Cat Part NoENDURAPEARLSL 25WLED757SASYTOPCMP or equivalent in Philips/havells.

Supply and Fixing bracket suitable for fixing of street light fitting made out from 25 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade 1.50 metre in length, made to shape as required, fixed to pole with MS flat iron clamp of size 25x4mm duly welded, bent to shape and making holes etc including necessary nuts, bolts & washer etc all as required including taking down old existing bracket complete all as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep from existing position, opening and reassembling after repairs/replacement of defective spare parts like bearing, bushing, capacitor, canopy, clamps, blades etc (except rewinding) including cleaning, greasing and refixing in position as directed and connecting with new flexible twin twisted copper conductor wire of size 0.75 sqmm from connector to ceiling fan and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Spare parts as required shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items as supply only).
