Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles complete including cost of tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles complete including cost of tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Chequered floor Tile of size 300mmx300mm of approved make conforming to IS :13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all work all materials,taxes,labour, T&P ,etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Two coats of enamel painting over one coat of primer to GI grills & gates,etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make & finished smooth &even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxs labour t&p etc complete.

Finishing wall with one coat wall primer water based of approved make and finished smooth and even surfaceto receiving painting including all labour, T & P, cost of paints as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing weather coat paint of approved shade two coats to give an even shade including cost of paints ,labour,T&P &asper direction of Er in Charge

Distempering 2coats with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost of all materials taxs labour t&p etc complete.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Providing and fixing Granite tiles of size above 0.10 sqm. & upto 0.40sqm. (10mm thick) in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles complete including cost of tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,fitting and fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anidised T section No3215 with 2'-0" centre to centre,L section No1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed up by means of steel screws and PVC Plug and aluminium grid 2'-0" x 20'-0" with prelaminated particle board suspended from ceiling etc. complete.

Supplying fitting fixing of stainless steel of304 grade in hand railing using 50mmdia 2mmthick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mmx32mmx2mm @0.90mtr c/c & stainless steel square pipe bracing of size 32mmx32mmx2mm in 3 rows in staircase as per approved design & specification,buffing,polishing etc with cost, conveyance,taxes of materials,labour,t&p reqd.etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make,desin,colour and size made by Block making machine with propoer complaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018
