Taking down Central AC plant compressor SMC-6-65 20 TR capacity at I Level lab of 20 TR capacity from the condensing unit base by removing V belt, nut bolt, dismantling of suction, discharge and oil equalizer pit line connection from the AC plant, transporting worn out compressor from the site to the workshop with the help of Hydra crane and returning back after Cleaning and washing the compressor block with CCL solution and drying the the same, spray painting, repair/ replacement of the following unserviceable parts mentioned below :- (a) New piston assembly of standard size-06 Nos (b) Piston ring set of standard size-06 Nos (c) Piston liner of standard size-06 Nos (d) Main crank shaft with bearing set-01 No (e) Connecting rod & bearing set-06 Nos (f) Gudgeon pin with bush -06 Nos (g) Valve plate assembly with suction & discharge reed-06 Nos (h) Gasket set complete -01 No (i) Oil pump complete-01 No (j) Loader assembly-01 No (k) Main shaft carbon seal assembly complete-01 No (l) Supply and charging dehydrated wax free freesol 68 servo lubricating oil- 15 Litres Note: (i)The quoted rate shall deemed to include for the cost of minor parts required for making the compressor fully functional. Note: The quoted rate shall deemed to include for the cost of nitrogen (N2) pressure gas required for testing the leakage.

M &L for taking out the damaged insulation portion of existing outside duct, cleaning the duct, applying two coats of CPRX compound to cleaned portion of duct, applying one coat of bitumen paint, fixing of 50 mm thick glass wool of density 48 Kg and sealing it with hassion cloth. Providing 15 mm thick chicken wire mesh over the hassion cloth, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 ,applying two coats of cement base paint of existing colour over a coat of white wash and making good the disturbed portions complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-charge.

Repairing of all parts of AC Plants of any capacity,rectifying oil leakages ,water leakages, gas leakages ,valve blockages including replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note: -(i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the cost of minor parts such as wiring,nut, bolts & washers required. (ii) Unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items mentioned in the Schedule.

Charging the system with fresh refrigerent R-22 and recommissioning of the same all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The refrigerant gas R-22 shall be measured under the item supply & Charging.

Supply & installation in repair of 14 TR Shell & Tube type condensor suitable for Voltas Centralised AC plant (suitable for compressor model:- SM185, Make: Danfoss/Emersion by brazing activity, pressure testing and vaccumising. Charging the system with fresh refrigerent R-22 and recommissioning of the same all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The refrigerant gas R-22 shall be measured under the item supply & Charging.

M&L for Return air duct one number rectangular type from main rectangular type from main rectangular air duct up to the level of new ceiling board, appriximately 100 cm x 75 cm x 150 cm long (Approx PGI Sheet 5 Sqmtr) including necessary fabrication jointing, hanging, fixing and making leak proof. Approximate requirement of PGI sheet 0.71 mm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & installation in repair of 5.5 TR ( combination of 2 Nos of compressor) scroll danfoss compressor and replacement of the same Make: Danfoss/Emersions) by brazing activity, pressure testing and vaccumising. Charging the system with fresh refrigerent R-407 and recommissioning of the same all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & installation in repair of 8.5 TR ( combination of 2 Nos of compressor) scroll danfoss compressor and replacement of the same , Make: Danfoss/Emersion) by brazing activity, pressure testing and vaccumising. Charging the system with fresh refrigerent R-22 and recommissioning of the same all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The refrigerant gas R-22 shall be measured under the item supply & Charging.
