Repair and maintenance of infrastructure assets in R-II division during 2026-27

Hiring, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of self priming Diesel engine dewatering pump set not less than 80 HP (approx) capacity, having minimum discharge capacity approx 580 cubic meter per hour with both suction and delivery pipe of 200mm dia at a min. head of 5 metres (as per supplier specification), Pump set shall be fitted with suction pipe of required length or as per site requirement and delivery pipe upto 90 metres made up of material suitable to handle pressure generated from the pumpset and safely dispose the same at required locaton all including the complete maintenance /spare parts and accessories and fitting charges all including transportation of pumps and fixing of pumps to and fro complete as per direction and complete satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a)Diesel required for operation of engine shall be aaranged by NDMC.(considering 6-8 ltr/hr diesel consumption) (b)Temporary camp for operator shall be arranged by contractor himself (c) Space for installation of Pump, T & P and operator camp shall be provide by the department. (d) Three operators for three shifts per day shall pe provided as per direction and complete satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. (Including Weekly releivers) (e) Pumps can be fixed at any place within NDMC area. (f) Temporary Porta Cabin for operator shall be arranged by the contractor. (g) 1 Pump considered for 1 month only.

Supplying, fabrication and providing of MS trolley with fitted platform of size 4 feet × 6 feet, mounted on heavy duty tyres of size 6.00–16 inch (tube type) complete with MS rims, bearings, axle, leaf springs and all other accessories, suitable for mounting of 20 HP existing diesel dewatering pump set, including cutting, welding, drilling of holes, nut-bolting, proper alignment, hoisting, shifting, loading–unloading and making the unit ready for operation and designed for load carrying capacity up to 1500 kg, complete in all respects as per aattached photograph or as direction and complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
