Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of MES service centre at CHNC for one shift of 8 hours per day with 02 (Two) electricians(Skilled) for attending all type of complaints of external electrification (HT/LT) and rendering completion report to the duty SBA/JE-in-Charge of the sub-station all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Timing of shift shall be decided by the Engr-in-charge as per requirement. the contractor shall not have any claim what so ever on this acount.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of sub station at CHNC for one shift of 08(eight) hours per day by employing 06 (Six) Mates (Un-skilled) to assist electricians/ SBA/ FGM/ Lineman for attending complaints/ performing their duties including handling of all the T&P and material required for attending the complaints or duties assigned by JE E/M as well as Engineer-in-charge. Note: - Timing of shift shall be decided by the Engr-in-charge as per requirement. the contractor shall not have any claim what so ever on this acount.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of steam boilers - 03 Nos Make: Thermax capacity 600 Kg per hour and water softening plant-01 No and Laundry Plant at various locations in one shift of 08 (Eight) hours per day by deploying 04 (Four) FGM (Skilled) for carrying out their duties all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Timing of shift shall be decided by the Engr-in-charge as per requirement. the contractor shall not have any claim what so ever on this acount.

Note for item 1 to 3: (i) The contractor will ensure suitable repalcement of Electrician/FGM/Mate on rest days and Wages for the same deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against items of M&O. (ii) The contractor shall produce details of the persons deplyed by him like Name, Aadhar No, Aadhar linked Bank A/c No, Experience certificate EPF No and ESIC No within a week of Acceptance of tender. The work will be commenced only after submission of requisite documents . (iii) The contractor shall ensure that his persons always be present in their shift. (vi) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building, hard standing, foothpath etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegitation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost. (iv) The contractor shall provide uniform, raincoat, protective clothing such as hand gloves, helmet, safety belt, first aid box and shoes etc to all persons on duty and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of items of M&O here in before. The uniform shall have the name of the contractor and MES written on the shirt Pocket (Left and right side).

Note for item 1 to 3: (v) The persons deployed by the contractor should have experience of nature of work under this CA. (ix) The contractor shall provide log sheet and maintain the the same on daily basis and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of BOQ here in before. (vi) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE PAYMENT TO HIS STAFF EMPLOYED FOR THIS WORK EVERY MONTH, ACCOUNTED FOR, FROM THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK AND SUBMIT TO THE ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE BANK STATEMENT/INDIVIDUAL’S PASS BOOK, EPF AND ESIC AS A PROOF OF PAYMENT.

Taking out/dismantling any type of LT panel by disconnecting the electric connection carefully after taking proper shut down and removing from the site and stacking complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Incoming :- (a) MCCB 500 Amp, 4 pole, 35/36 KA, 415 Volts, Adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting with extended terminals, Ics=100% of Icu - 01 No. Outgoing :- (a) On load changeover switch 400 A, 415 Volts, 400 Amps with sheet metal enclosure - 01 No (b) MCCB 4 pole , Ics=100%Icu- 35/36 KA, 415 Volts, 320 Amps , Adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting with extended terminals -01 No. (c) MCCB 4 pole , Ics=100%Icu- 25/26 KA, 415 Volts, 100 Amps , Adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting with extended terminals -02 Nos. (d) PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 for grouting 4 legs of LT Panel Note :- (e) cable entry gland made out of CP brass as per site requirement for incoming and outgoing cable of size upto 150 sqmm 3.5 core -01 Job (f) Blank space for MCCB of rating upto 200 Amps ,4 pole 35/36 KA -01 No Note :- (i) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for:- (ii) Connection of incoming & outgoing cables using suitable size of aluminum lugs, nuts and bolts. (iii) Necessary PCC and earth work required as per the existing panel for the grouting of panel legs all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type,weather proof, LT Panel made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm equal angle,embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 bocks of size 15x15x20 cm , front and back openable,double door openable up to minimum 150 deg. & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable / openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, louvers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz ,factory febricated with suitable foamed-in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof , IP 54 protection, Powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI earliest for short circuit current of 50 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produce to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels.complete ,suitable cable glands for cable entry. The panel shall be suitable to accomodate the following equiptments :- (a) Aluminium bus bar of capacity duly covered with colour coded shrinkable sleeves not less than 500 amps for Phases neutral - 01 set (b) Phase indicating lamp neon/LED type (Red ,Yellow & Blue) with lamp holders - 03 Nos

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level ) with top edge plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and washers of galvanized iron earth lead including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, RCC cover made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with TMT steel bars 8 mm dia @150 mm c/c both ways with suitable handle and angle iron 40x40x5mm frame, GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm bore and funnel with wire mesh light grade protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part-I) and testing on completion all as directed.
